Job description

Sprinto is an Autonomous Trust Platform that centralizes trust requirements across security frameworks, vendors, and customers.

Sprinto autonomously executes tasks needed to maintain trust across compliance, audits, risk management, vendor risk, privacy, and AI governance, enabling organizations to maintain a strong, reliable trust posture without draining operational bandwidth and resources on repetitive tasks.

Backed by top-tier investors such as Accel, Elevation, and Blume Ventures, we’ve raised$31.8M in funding to fuel our mission. Trusted by over 4,000 organizations across 75 countries, Sprinto helps organizations stay audit-ready, manage real-time risks, and scale fearlessly. With 300+ native integrations and AI-driven automation, Sprinto supports 200+ global security standards natively, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and more. Sprinto's extensible architecture enables organizations to build and support an infinite number of custom integrations and frameworks.

Founded in 2020 by second-time founders Girish Redekar and Raghuveer Kancherla, Sprinto powers compliance for organizations like Whatfix, Encora, Anaconda, Whatnot, Ultrahuman, WeWork, Everstage, AI Foundation, HackerRank, and many more.

Life as a Sprinter -

Nobody succeeds at Sprinto by staying in their lane.

We are organized around problems, not job titles. Sprinters take ownership beyond their role, solve hard problems, and care deeply about the impact they create. If something can be improved, fixed, or built, we don't wait for permission; we step in.

Being remote means we rely less on proximity and more on trust. We write things down, communicate openly, and move quickly because great teams aren't built by sitting together, they're built by pulling in the same direction.

We believe progress beats perfection, feedback is a gift, and doing the right thing matters, even when nobody is watching.

And while we move with urgency, we never move alone.

The mission -

We're hiring an Organic Growth Manager to own how Sprinto gets discovered, chosen, and bought without paying for every click. You own the number: qualified pipeline and revenue from organic, AI discovery, and our website.

This is not an SEO role with a bigger title. It's a business owner's role. You'll set the strategy, build the team, run the analytics, and still get your hands dirty when a problem needs cracking.

Your mandate

Two goals, one number behind both: revenue.

  1. Grow revenue from organic and AI discovery. Double organic-sourced qualified pipeline in next 12 months, measured in SQLs, pipeline value, and closed revenue. Not traffic.

  2. Make Sprinto the answer wherever our buyers research. Google, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, analyst and review sites, publications, communities. When a Head of GRC at a 1,000-person SaaS company asks "what should I use?", Sprinto shows up, and shows up positioned right.

Where you'll leave your mark?

    Strategy and the number

  • Own the organic growth strategy end to end: from discovery to qualified demand, pipeline, and revenue.

  • Decide where the team spends its time and money, and what it stops doing.

  • Diagnosis and problem solving

  • Build a clear, evidence-backed view of where Sprinto is winning and losing in discovery, and take the bets that changes the trajectory.

  • Investigate why certain pages, brands, and sources get picked by search engines and AI answers. Turn what you learn into experiments.

  • Treat every stalled metric as a problem to solve, not a status to report.

  • Analytics and measurement

  • Solve attribution for AI discovery, where clicks are rare and influence is real. Define how we count it.

  • Run a portfolio of experiments, at least 15-20 a quarter across the team, with clear hypotheses, success criteria, and kill rules.

  • Make decisions from data and enable the team to do the same.

  • Visibility and category position

  • Win & Own the categories that matter: Compliance, GRC, TPRM, ERM etc

  • Fix how AI models describe Sprinto, starting with the "not enterprise-first" narrative.

  • Build discoverability with mid-market and enterprise buyers in the US and other priority markets.

  • Website and conversion

  • Own how organic and AI-referred visitors convert: landing pages, comparison pages, CTAs, and conversion paths.

  • Work with BDRs & Sales on lead quality so we grow SQLs that close, not just form fills.

  • Team and systems

  • Build systems that compound: automation, programmatic approaches, and repeatable playbooks, so output doesn't depend on heroics.

  • Partner with Content Marketing to define what gets created, how it's distributed, and how it converts.

The kind of builder we're looking for -

You own outcomes. You've owned a revenue or pipeline number before, not just a traffic number. When you commit to a target, you find a way to hit it. When something breaks, you don't wait to be told.

You're an exceptional problem solver. You break messy problems into parts, form hypotheses, and test them fast. You challenge easy explanations, including your own.

You're deeply analytical. You're comfortable in GA4, GSC, HubSpot or Salesforce, and spreadsheets or SQL. You can build a funnel model, spot the leak, and size the opportunity. You know the difference between correlation and cause, and you design tests that tell them apart.

You've built or turned something around. A growth channel, a product, a business. Ideally you've revived something that was declining, and you can show which decisions made the difference.

You understand where discovery is going. You know how search, AI answers, review sites, and communities shape B2B buying today. You've tested your way to results there, not just read about it.

You lead and still do. You can hire, coach, and set direction for a small team. You can also run the analysis or rebuild the page yourself when it matters.

Experience: typically 5-8 years in demand gen/inbound marketing or growth. You've cracked at least one non-paid channel yourself, such as organic, content, community, partnerships, or product-led, and can show how. You've solved complex, ambiguous problems and can walk us through your thinking. Experience leading people is a plus. Founders and founding marketers welcome.
US market experience is a strong plus. What you've built matters more than your last title.

How we care for our Sprinters?

  • Work wherever you are: We are 100% remote, so you get to choose if you want to work from home, a cafe, the hills, or the beach.
  • Co-working, on the house: If co-working is your jam, we offer a generous annual allowance.
  • We care about your learning: We are invested in seeing you grow and commit USD 1,000 annually to help you level up your skills.
  • We count your spark, not your leaves: Unlimited leave so you can reset when you need to.
  • Your Safety Net, Woven In: Health insurance with coverage up to INR 10 lakh for you and your family, accident protection of an additional INR 10 lakh, and life insurance worth 3x your annual salary.
  • Workspace setup of your dreams: We chip in INR 35,000 to help you build a setup that works for you.

Inclusion & Diversity -

At Sprinto, talent, curiosity, and ownership matter more than where you come from. We hire people for the problems they can solve, the impact they create, and the way they help others succeed—not their background, identity, or personal circumstances. We believe the best teams are built when people with different perspectives come together around a shared ambition to build something meaningful.

We're proud to be an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating a fair, inclusive, and accessible hiring process for everyone.

Prepare your application

Use the description above to assess your fit for Sprinto. This checklist is guidance from Resumize, rather than additional requirements from the employer. Imported listings can be shortened or change after collection, so confirm the complete description and current availability before sending an application.

Match requirements to evidence

Identify the responsibilities and skills the employer explicitly names. For each important requirement, choose one example from your work, education, training, or projects. Explain what you did, how you did it, and what changed as a result. Include a measurable outcome when you can support it. If you lack a requirement, describe related experience accurately instead of adding an unfamiliar skill to your resume.

Put the most relevant examples near the top of your resume. Keep job titles, dates, qualifications, and contact details consistent across your application materials. Use the employer’s terminology when it describes your experience accurately; a copied list of keywords does not explain your contribution. A short, specific bullet is easier to review than a paragraph that mixes several unrelated duties.

Check the working arrangement

Confirm the location, schedule, employment type, and any eligibility requirements on the employer’s site. A remote label does not establish worldwide eligibility or flexible hours. If compensation, benefits, equipment, travel, or contract duration are missing from this listing, write down your questions for the recruiter. Do not assume details from another opening at the same company apply to this role.

Review before submitting

Follow the employer’s requested file format and application instructions. Open your exported resume and check that its text is selectable, its sections read in order, and its links work. Proofread names, dates, and contact information. Share confidential work samples only when you have permission, and use an anonymized example when necessary.

Submit through a trusted employer or recruiting destination. If the original listing has disappeared, search the employer’s careers page for the title rather than assuming the vacancy remains open. Save the application date, job reference, and the version of your resume you sent. Those details help you prepare for a later conversation and avoid submitting conflicting information through several job boards.

Review your resume for writing and readability feedback, or browse other openings if this opportunity is unavailable.
