We're looking for a Senior Manager, App Growth to join our team and help us own and execute full-funnel growth initiatives for our mobile application. In this role, you'll work closely with Product, Paid Media, CRM, Analytics, Creative, and Engineering teams and contribute to acquiring, activating, engaging, and retaining a high-quality user base. You will be part of Action Network, one of the brands within Better Collective's House of Brands. Action Network focuses on sports and sports betting media, reaching sports fans across mobile platforms through the Action app.
Own the day-to-day app growth roadmap to increase installs, account creations, active users, feature adoption, trial initiatives, and retention.
Partner with Paid Media and Product teams to optimize acquisition channels (Apple Ads, Meta, Google, X, ASO, custom product pages) and improve onboarding journeys.
Develop and execute growth experiments across key conversion points, onboarding flows, feature discovery, and messaging.
Monitor campaign performance, DAU, MAU, and conversion metrics using attribution and reporting tools like AppsFlyer and Tableau.
Utilize AI and automation tools to enhance growth research, data analysis, experimentation, and reporting.
4+ years of experience driving mobile app growth across all stages of the user journey.
Hands-on experience with App Store Optimization (ASO), paid media channels, lifecycle marketing, and growth experimentation.
Experience using mobile attribution and analytics tools such as AppsFlyer, Apple Search Ads, or Tableau.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn performance data into clear actionable priorities, including comfort using AI tools.
Experience in sports media, sports betting, gaming, fintech, subscription products, or high-frequency consumer apps.
