Manage and optimize paid User Acquisition campaigns for mobile applications.
Launch, manage, and scale campaigns primarily for Android mobile apps, including Utility Apps and Mobile Games.
Manage campaigns across Google Ads and additional acquisition channels such as Meta, TikTok, DSPs, and mobile ad networks.
Test new campaigns, audiences, creatives, and traffic sources to identify opportunities for profitable growth.
Evaluate campaign performance based on CPI, CPA, ROAS, retention, LTV, and overall traffic quality.
Scale successful campaigns while maintaining agreed performance targets.
Monitor and optimize key UA metrics, including CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, retention, and payback.
Analyze performance across campaigns, countries, creatives, networks, devices, and audiences.
Use mobile measurement and attribution platforms such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular to monitor campaign performance.
Identify performance trends and optimization opportunities and turn data into actionable decisions.
Prepare clear reports on campaign performance, spend, and results.
Manage and allocate significant User Acquisition budgets across paid channels.
Follow a structured test → validate → scale approach when launching new campaigns and traffic sources.
Make budget allocation decisions based on campaign performance and unit economics.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve acquisition efficiency and scale successful campaigns.
Work with creative teams to test video, static, and UGC-style advertising creatives.
Analyze creative performance and identify the concepts, hooks, and formats that generate the strongest results.
Provide performance-based feedback to improve future creatives.
Collaborate with Product and Monetization teams to improve conversion, retention, and monetization.
2–3+ years of hands-on User Acquisition / Media Buying / Performance Marketing experience, with a strong focus on mobile applications.
Proven experience launching and scaling mobile apps through paid User Acquisition.
Proven experience managing $1M+ in paid User Acquisition spend.
Strong hands-on experience acquiring users for Android mobile applications.
Experience with Google Ads / Google App Campaigns and additional paid acquisition channels such as Meta, TikTok, DSPs, or mobile ad networks.
Experience with Utility Apps, Mobile Games, or other mobile app products.
Strong understanding of mobile attribution and experience with MMPs such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular.
Strong understanding of key UA metrics, including CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, retention, and payback.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to make campaign and budget decisions based on performance data.
Experience working with international markets is preferred.
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
Ability to independently launch tests, optimize campaigns, and scale successful acquisition strategies.
Experience with AppLovin, Moloco, Mintegral, Liftoff, Taboola, DV360, Kayzen, or similar DSPs/mobile advertising networks.
Experience with CTV or programmatic advertising.
Experience with Utility Apps monetized through advertising.
Experience with Google App Campaigns and large-scale Android acquisition.
Experience with OEM, pre-install, or alternative app distribution channels.
Experience with traffic-quality and fraud analysis.
Experience working with AdMob, AppLovin MAX, or other mobile ad monetization platforms.
Experience optimizing campaigns against D1/D7/D30 ROAS and payback targets.
Experience taking a new acquisition channel from initial testing through significant scale.
