Menlo Research is an Applied R&D lab building Asimov, an open-source humanoid robot platform, and the full software stack that powers it. Our mission is to make humanoid labor economically viable, turning software into physical labor at scale. We build across the full stack: hardware architecture, locomotion, autonomy, simulation, and infrastructure. We move fast, ship to real robots, and open-source everything we can. If you want your work to matter beyond a paper or a demo, this is the place.
We are looking for an Enterprise Deployments Lead to own Menlo's enterprise customer engagements, from first discovery through a working robotics deployment and the follow-on purchase that comes after it. Every engagement you run has a committed buyer, a clear definition of success, and an implementation plan that keeps moving. This is a hands-on role combining commercial qualification, customer relationship management, and technical project leadership. You own the customer engagement and delivery plan; engineering owns technical feasibility, design, and implementation, and you make commitments and deliver against them together.
Qualify opportunities by understanding customer workflows and business needs, and identifying the champion, budget owner, operational stakeholders, and purchasing process
Define scope and success with customers and engineering: feasible deliverables, measurable acceptance criteria, budgets, timelines, responsibilities, and exclusions
Lead implementation across Menlo's engineering and implementation teams, partners, and customer teams
Set owners and milestones, track progress, resolve blockers, manage scope changes, and escalate risks early
Demonstrate results against agreed criteria and secure customer sign-off
Turn successful deployments into production purchases and broader adoption
Bring field learnings back to product and engineering so every next deployment is faster to scope and deliver
Experience leading complex, customer-facing technical projects in robotics or an adjacent field
Ability to navigate customer organizations and get to the real buyer, budget, and decision process
Technical fluency to discuss tradeoffs credibly with engineers; hands-on robotics development is not required
Commercial judgment to build credible business cases and qualify out projects that are not funded or feasible
Comfort holding cross-functional teams accountable to scope, milestones, and budget
A track record of well-qualified, funded projects delivered within scope and converted into production or follow-on purchases
Experience deploying robots, automation, or physical systems in live environments such as warehouses, factories, or logistics
Background in solutions engineering, technical account management, or professional services at a hardware or deep tech company
Familiarity with pilot-to-production commercial models and milestone-based acceptance
Experience running joint deployments with system integrators or channel partners
You will be the person who takes humanoid robots out of the lab and into real customer operations. Every deployment you land proves the economics of humanoid labor and shapes what Menlo builds next. If you want to be measured on robots doing real work rather than slideware, this is the place.
You don't need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect everyone at Menlo to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement. When that's the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don't treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you're excited about a role but don't meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Menlo Research is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. Menlo provides reasonable accommodations during the application process. If you need one, please let your recruiter know.

Start with a role or skill you want to use in your next job. Use the location and role filters to narrow the results, then open a listing to review the description. A title alone rarely explains the level of responsibility, working arrangement, or experience a team needs. Compare those details before deciding which opportunities deserve a tailored application.
Employers use different titles for similar work. If an exact phrase produces no results, try a shorter title, a core skill, or an alternative name for the role. Remove one filter at a time to understand which requirement is narrowing your search. A broader search can reveal suitable work without asking you to change your actual qualifications.
For each promising listing, read the responsibilities and separate essential requirements from preferences. Note the location, schedule, employment type, and compensation when provided. Missing details are questions to confirm with the employer. A remote opening may still require a particular country, work authorization, or time-zone overlap, so check the full posting before treating it as a location-independent opportunity.
Choose a few examples that demonstrate the skills this employer names. Explain your contribution and its outcome, using accurate numbers where available. Put the most relevant experience first and keep your resume easy to scan. Avoid adding technologies, qualifications, or achievements simply because they appear in a description. Your application should make your existing strengths easier to understand.
Follow the employer’s instructions for resumes, cover letters, work samples, and screening questions. Review the exported file before submitting it: confirm that contact details are correct, text can be selected, and links reach the intended pages. A resume check can help you spot unclear writing before you apply. Its feedback is advisory and does not predict a hiring decision.
Listings are collected from external sources and may change after they appear here. The employer or recruiting destination controls whether applications are open. If an original link is unavailable, check the company’s careers page for the title or move to another opening. An employer website link is a place to check current vacancies, rather than confirmation that a particular job is still accepting applications.
Keep a simple record of the company, role, job reference, application date, and documents you sent. Record any follow-up instructions and the next action you plan to take. This makes it easier to prepare for interviews, compare opportunities, and avoid applying repeatedly to the same opening through different boards. Review your shortlist as employers update their listings and prioritize opportunities with clear requirements that match the work you want to do.
