RethinkFirst was founded in 2007 with a mission to provide scalable, evidence-based autism treatment training tools and caregiver supports to an underserved population. In 2010, Rethink launched its first solution, a suite of special needs and behavior management offerings, to support K-12 education. Over time, we expanded our offerings to support the entire behavioral health community by adding solutions in the employer (RethinkCare), provider (RethinkBH), and payor (RethinkFutures) industries, and to drive whole child wellness and success in education (RethinkEd).
Today, we are proud to have almost 500 team members supporting more than 2,000 customers worldwide as we work together to strengthen our communities and help every individual reach their potential.
RethinkFirst is transforming the behavioral health landscape by inspiring and empowering individuals with behavioral health challenges and those who support them. We continue to invest in data science, analytics, and technology that improve outcomes and enable value-based care.
RethinkFirst is seeking a Website Manager to own the day-to-day operation, quality, and governance of our public marketing websites across RethinkBH, RethinkCare, and RethinkEd. Reporting to the VP of Marketing Analytics and Operations, this hands-on role will manage the content management system, publishing intake, releases, technical health, accessibility, and search readiness of our web properties. The Website Manager will partner closely with Performance Marketing, Creative and Brand, Content, Marketing Operations, and technical partners to turn business requirements into reliable website experiences without duplicating paid-media or attribution strategy ownership.
Own day-to-day administration of the content management system, including pages, templates, components, permissions, publishing workflows, and content structure.
Manage a clear intake and prioritization process for website requests across business lines, translating approved needs into realistic plans and release schedules.
Build and update pages and landing pages using established components; coordinate with designers, developers, and agencies when new functionality or deeper technical changes are required.
Lead website quality assurance and release readiness, including content accuracy, responsive behavior, accessibility, links, forms, tracking, browser compatibility, and post-launch checks.
Monitor and improve website health, performance, uptime, Core Web Vitals, redirects, crawlability, metadata, structured content, and other technical SEO fundamentals.
Maintain website forms and routine integrations, troubleshoot issues, and document technical requirements clearly for internal or external development partners.
Implement and maintain website-side requirements for campaign tracking, consent management, and landing-page tests defined in partnership with Performance Marketing and Marketing Operations.
Create practical web governance, documentation, and reusable processes that reduce bottlenecks and make ownership, approvals, and standards clear.
Use analytics, Search Console, and site-quality tools to identify issues and improvement opportunities, sharing concise recommendations with stakeholders.
Experience in B2B software, healthcare, behavioral health, education technology, or another regulated industry.
Experience supporting consent-management tools, tag-management implementation, form integrations, or website experimentation platforms.
Familiarity with JavaScript, DNS and domain management, content governance, and AI-supported web quality or publishing workflows.

Start with a role or skill you want to use in your next job. Use the location and role filters to narrow the results, then open a listing to review the description. A title alone rarely explains the level of responsibility, working arrangement, or experience a team needs. Compare those details before deciding which opportunities deserve a tailored application.
Employers use different titles for similar work. If an exact phrase produces no results, try a shorter title, a core skill, or an alternative name for the role. Remove one filter at a time to understand which requirement is narrowing your search. A broader search can reveal suitable work without asking you to change your actual qualifications.
For each promising listing, read the responsibilities and separate essential requirements from preferences. Note the location, schedule, employment type, and compensation when provided. Missing details are questions to confirm with the employer. A remote opening may still require a particular country, work authorization, or time-zone overlap, so check the full posting before treating it as a location-independent opportunity.
Choose a few examples that demonstrate the skills this employer names. Explain your contribution and its outcome, using accurate numbers where available. Put the most relevant experience first and keep your resume easy to scan. Avoid adding technologies, qualifications, or achievements simply because they appear in a description. Your application should make your existing strengths easier to understand.
Follow the employer’s instructions for resumes, cover letters, work samples, and screening questions. Review the exported file before submitting it: confirm that contact details are correct, text can be selected, and links reach the intended pages. A resume check can help you spot unclear writing before you apply. Its feedback is advisory and does not predict a hiring decision.
Listings are collected from external sources and may change after they appear here. The employer or recruiting destination controls whether applications are open. If an original link is unavailable, check the company’s careers page for the title or move to another opening. An employer website link is a place to check current vacancies, rather than confirmation that a particular job is still accepting applications.
Keep a simple record of the company, role, job reference, application date, and documents you sent. Record any follow-up instructions and the next action you plan to take. This makes it easier to prepare for interviews, compare opportunities, and avoid applying repeatedly to the same opening through different boards. Review your shortlist as employers update their listings and prioritize opportunities with clear requirements that match the work you want to do.
