The VP owns the investment pipeline and the international revenue plan end to end — from market selection and channel strategy through to deal closure in partnership with the Sales, Marketing, Finance and Legal functions — while ensuring every transaction is conducted in full compliance with UAE and target-market regulations.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
2.1 Investment Opportunities – UAE and International
• Identify, source and evaluate real estate investment opportunities inside and outside the UAE and in selected international markets, in line with AHS Properties' investment strategy and risk appetite.
• Screen opportunities across asset classes (residential, branded residences, hospitality, mixed-use and commercial) and present a qualified pipeline to the CEO / Investment Committee.
• Lead initial feasibility, market studies and financial modelling (IRR, ROI, payback, sensitivity analysis) in coordination with Finance.
• Coordinate commercial, legal, tax and technical due diligence with internal teams and external advisers, including country, currency, regulatory and political risk for overseas investments.
• Structure and negotiate investment deals, including acquisitions, joint ventures, co-investments and partnerships, within the approved delegation of authority.
• Monitor the performance of approved investments against the original business case and report to senior management.
2.2 Land Acquisition and New Developments
• Source and secure land plots and development sites in the UAE and abroad through government master developers, landowners, brokers and auctions.
• Conduct land appraisal and highest-and-best-use studies, including zoning, permitted GFA/BUA, plot ratios, infrastructure and access.
• Prepare development business cases covering concept, product mix, cost estimates, sales pricing, phasing and projected returns for management approval.
• Negotiate land purchase agreements, development agreements, land swaps and JV / land-partnership structures with Legal and Finance.
• Work with the Projects / Development team, design consultants and contractors on concept, master planning and initial approvals, and hand over approved projects for delivery.
• Ensure land and project acquisitions comply with Dubai Land Department, RERA, master developer and local planning requirements, and with foreign-ownership and investment rules in overseas jurisdictions.
2.3 Bulk Deals – Acquisition and Disposal
• Originate, negotiate and close bulk purchase and bulk sale transactions (multiple units, full floors, buildings or portfolios) in the UAE and internationally.
• Identify bulk-buy opportunities from developers, banks, funds and distressed sellers that offer value below market, and bulk-sale opportunities to institutional buyers, funds and investor groups.
• Prepare deal valuations, pricing, payment structures and exit strategies, supported by independent valuations, for approval under the delegation of authority.
• Coordinate SPAs, bulk transfer procedures and registration with Legal, Finance and the Dubai Land Department, and ensure enhanced KYC, source-of-funds and AML checks on every counterparty.
2.4 International Strategy & Market Expansion
• Develop and execute the international business development strategy aligned with AHS Properties' corporate objectives and project launch pipeline.
• Identify, evaluate and prioritise target countries and buyer segments based on market data, demand trends, currency movements and regulatory conditions.
• Prepare annual and quarterly international sales targets, budgets and go-to-market plans for approval by senior management.
• Assess opportunities for representative offices, sales galleries or agency arrangements abroad and present business cases to management.
2.5 Revenue Generation & Sales Leadership

Start with a role or skill you want to use in your next job. Use the location and role filters to narrow the results, then open a listing to review the description. A title alone rarely explains the level of responsibility, working arrangement, or experience a team needs. Compare those details before deciding which opportunities deserve a tailored application.
Employers use different titles for similar work. If an exact phrase produces no results, try a shorter title, a core skill, or an alternative name for the role. Remove one filter at a time to understand which requirement is narrowing your search. A broader search can reveal suitable work without asking you to change your actual qualifications.
For each promising listing, read the responsibilities and separate essential requirements from preferences. Note the location, schedule, employment type, and compensation when provided. Missing details are questions to confirm with the employer. A remote opening may still require a particular country, work authorization, or time-zone overlap, so check the full posting before treating it as a location-independent opportunity.
Choose a few examples that demonstrate the skills this employer names. Explain your contribution and its outcome, using accurate numbers where available. Put the most relevant experience first and keep your resume easy to scan. Avoid adding technologies, qualifications, or achievements simply because they appear in a description. Your application should make your existing strengths easier to understand.
Follow the employer’s instructions for resumes, cover letters, work samples, and screening questions. Review the exported file before submitting it: confirm that contact details are correct, text can be selected, and links reach the intended pages. A resume check can help you spot unclear writing before you apply. Its feedback is advisory and does not predict a hiring decision.
Listings are collected from external sources and may change after they appear here. The employer or recruiting destination controls whether applications are open. If an original link is unavailable, check the company’s careers page for the title or move to another opening. An employer website link is a place to check current vacancies, rather than confirmation that a particular job is still accepting applications.
Keep a simple record of the company, role, job reference, application date, and documents you sent. Record any follow-up instructions and the next action you plan to take. This makes it easier to prepare for interviews, compare opportunities, and avoid applying repeatedly to the same opening through different boards. Review your shortlist as employers update their listings and prioritize opportunities with clear requirements that match the work you want to do.
