There are over 5 billion users using basic applications today such email, notes, tasks, calendar and they're not AI-native. Our mission is to build proactive applications for anyone in the world, who are not used to complex prompting. We aim to bring intelligence to conversations, errands, organising and workflows, with minimal to no prompting.
Our first application is an agent-first mobile communication app. We believe building applications that users use daily for communication, coordination and collaboration needs will help integrate AI into their lives. The net effect is to eliminate misinformation, achieve low coordination costs, enable high quality tasks and collaboration at scale with minimal or little prompting.
Build and improve ML systems that power our AI-native applications.
Work on classification, retrieval, ranking, personalization and evaluation, taking ownership from model development to production deployment.
This role is for engineers who enjoy solving practical ML problems, improving model quality and shipping reliable systems used by real users.
Build and improve ML models for classification, ranking, retrieval and personalization.
Develop efficient classifiers and optimize model accuracy, precision, latency and cost.
Improve search relevance and context retrieval using embeddings, hybrid search and reranking.
Build personalization models that learn from user behavior while respecting privacy.
Develop evaluation pipelines, labeled datasets and metrics to measure model quality.
Fine-tune and adapt existing models when supported by sufficient data.
Build and maintain ML training, inference and deployment pipelines.
Debug production issues, monitor model performance and ship improvements based on real-world feedback.

Production ML systems and inference pipelines
Strong foundations in machine learning and modern neural architectures.
Hands-on experience building and deploying ML models in production.
Experience in classification, ranking, retrieval, recommendation systems or personalization.
Understanding of model evaluation, experimentation and performance metrics.
Comfortable writing production-quality code and working with real-world datasets.
Able to balance model quality, latency, cost and reliability.
Strong ownership, problem-solving skills
ML models in production meet expected accuracy, relevance, latency and reliability targets.
Classification and ranking improvements deliver measurable gains in model quality.
Evaluation pipelines identify regressions and support reliable model releases.
Training, inference and data pipelines are robust, reproducible and maintainable.
Model improvements are driven by real-world feedback and measurable results.
Collaborates effectively with engineering and product teams to deliver reliable ML-powered features.
The best products in the world are built by small, world-class teams. We are a high-talent-density, hands-on team. We make decisions collectively and move quickly, balancing high-quality work with continuous learning.
Joining our team requires the ability to bring structure, exercise judgment and execute independently. Our goal is to put a truly magical product into the hands of our users.
If there appears to be a fit, we'll reach out to schedule 3, but no more than 4 interviews.
Applications are evaluated by our technical team members. Interviews will be conducted virtually and/or onsite.
We value transparency and efficiency, so expect a prompt decision. If you've demonstrated the exceptional skills and mindset we're looking for, we'll extend an offer to join us.
Start with a role or skill you want to use in your next job. Use the location and role filters to narrow the results, then open a listing to review the description. A title alone rarely explains the level of responsibility, working arrangement, or experience a team needs. Compare those details before deciding which opportunities deserve a tailored application.
Employers use different titles for similar work. If an exact phrase produces no results, try a shorter title, a core skill, or an alternative name for the role. Remove one filter at a time to understand which requirement is narrowing your search. A broader search can reveal suitable work without asking you to change your actual qualifications.
For each promising listing, read the responsibilities and separate essential requirements from preferences. Note the location, schedule, employment type, and compensation when provided. Missing details are questions to confirm with the employer. A remote opening may still require a particular country, work authorization, or time-zone overlap, so check the full posting before treating it as a location-independent opportunity.
Choose a few examples that demonstrate the skills this employer names. Explain your contribution and its outcome, using accurate numbers where available. Put the most relevant experience first and keep your resume easy to scan. Avoid adding technologies, qualifications, or achievements simply because they appear in a description. Your application should make your existing strengths easier to understand.
Follow the employer’s instructions for resumes, cover letters, work samples, and screening questions. Review the exported file before submitting it: confirm that contact details are correct, text can be selected, and links reach the intended pages. A resume check can help you spot unclear writing before you apply. Its feedback is advisory and does not predict a hiring decision.
Listings are collected from external sources and may change after they appear here. The employer or recruiting destination controls whether applications are open. If an original link is unavailable, check the company’s careers page for the title or move to another opening. An employer website link is a place to check current vacancies, rather than confirmation that a particular job is still accepting applications.
Keep a simple record of the company, role, job reference, application date, and documents you sent. Record any follow-up instructions and the next action you plan to take. This makes it easier to prepare for interviews, compare opportunities, and avoid applying repeatedly to the same opening through different boards. Review your shortlist as employers update their listings and prioritize opportunities with clear requirements that match the work you want to do.
