At Constant Contact, we are seriously awesome people who take ownership and make an impact by operating with the mindset, integrity and courage of a small business owner. There’s something so profoundly rewarding about knowing that your work is empowering people everywhere to pursue their dreams. Here, we all play an integral part in helping business owners, entrepreneurs, non-profits and individuals to succeed by giving them all the help and tools they need to grow online. We’re energized by new challenges and new possibilities-and we’re just getting started!
We have an opening for a Principal Product Manager who will shape and grow Constant Contact's partner ecosystem through product innovation and strategy. This is not a Sales or Business Development role; you'll focus on identifying which partnerships create the greatest opportunities, prioritizing the integrations and experiences we build, and developing a product roadmap that connects our platform to new customers and drives meaningful business growth.
Your focus is Vertical Partnerships: tailoring our platform and partner experiences to the needs of specific industries, then repeating that success across several of them. Real Estate is one example. It’s a vertical where our value proposition is resonating today, and it shows the kind of work involved: identifying the right partners, shaping an experience that fits the industry’s workflows, and landing and expanding quickly. Our priorities will follow where the evidence is strongest, so the specific verticals will change as we learn. What stays constant is the goal of a repeatable model for entering, validating, and scaling vertical partnerships across several markets with strong market size and similar customer needs.
You’ll share company goals for user acquisition, revenue, and average selling price (ASP) with Strategic Partnerships (our business development team), and you’ll work across the company to deliver them. Expect daily collaboration with Design, Engineering, Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Support, Customer Success, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Data teams, as well as external partners.
This is an individual contributor role with company-wide scope. You’ll succeed by building trust and alignment with teams that have their own priorities.
Constant Contact combines the strengths of an established company with the pace of a startup. We have 30 years of customer trust, a large base of small businesses, and the resources to back good ideas. On the B2B team, you’ll get the speed and freedom to use them.
The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education and work location. In addition, some roles may be eligible for additional on target commission pay or bonus. The compensation package includes health and welfare benefits including paid leave.
At Constant Contact, we’re all about work flexibility and are proud to serve our customers as a hybrid workforce. Our hybrid work model combines the convenience of remote work with access to our great office locations to collaborate in-person, participate in live trainings, and socialize with colleagues.
Application Deadline: 30 days. We may fill this job opening prior to the deadline if a candidate is selected by us.

Start with a role or skill you want to use in your next job. Use the location and role filters to narrow the results, then open a listing to review the description. A title alone rarely explains the level of responsibility, working arrangement, or experience a team needs. Compare those details before deciding which opportunities deserve a tailored application.
Employers use different titles for similar work. If an exact phrase produces no results, try a shorter title, a core skill, or an alternative name for the role. Remove one filter at a time to understand which requirement is narrowing your search. A broader search can reveal suitable work without asking you to change your actual qualifications.
For each promising listing, read the responsibilities and separate essential requirements from preferences. Note the location, schedule, employment type, and compensation when provided. Missing details are questions to confirm with the employer. A remote opening may still require a particular country, work authorization, or time-zone overlap, so check the full posting before treating it as a location-independent opportunity.
Choose a few examples that demonstrate the skills this employer names. Explain your contribution and its outcome, using accurate numbers where available. Put the most relevant experience first and keep your resume easy to scan. Avoid adding technologies, qualifications, or achievements simply because they appear in a description. Your application should make your existing strengths easier to understand.
Follow the employer’s instructions for resumes, cover letters, work samples, and screening questions. Review the exported file before submitting it: confirm that contact details are correct, text can be selected, and links reach the intended pages. A resume check can help you spot unclear writing before you apply. Its feedback is advisory and does not predict a hiring decision.
Listings are collected from external sources and may change after they appear here. The employer or recruiting destination controls whether applications are open. If an original link is unavailable, check the company’s careers page for the title or move to another opening. An employer website link is a place to check current vacancies, rather than confirmation that a particular job is still accepting applications.
Keep a simple record of the company, role, job reference, application date, and documents you sent. Record any follow-up instructions and the next action you plan to take. This makes it easier to prepare for interviews, compare opportunities, and avoid applying repeatedly to the same opening through different boards. Review your shortlist as employers update their listings and prioritize opportunities with clear requirements that match the work you want to do.
