KLDiscovery is seeking Integrated Campaigns Manager to design, orchestrate, and measure integrated marketing campaigns and events that support our demand generation strategy and drive pipeline, adoption, and expansion across our most strategic customer segments. As a key member of our marketing organization, you'll execute against the campaign frameworks and cross-channel motions that connect into cohesive journeys moving buyers from awareness to expansion.
This is an individual contributor role for a mid-level marketer who thinks like a strategist, not a task-executor. This role will collaborate with marketing leadership and their partners across sales to determine the right mix of campaigns and events to meet our company objectives, then build and run that program yourself.
This role requires a strong understanding of B2B marketing with demonstrated success in integrated campaign strategy and execution across the full customer lifecycle, including hands-on ownership of event marketing as a core activation channel. You'll develop and execute campaign and event strategies, creating programs that directly contribute to pipeline targets and drive deeper engagement in the accounts KLDiscovery cares about most.
You'll work closely with Sales, Content Marketing, Marketing Operations, the broader Demand Generation team, and cross-functional partners to ensure campaigns and events directly support our GTM motions.
This role is scoped as an individual contributor today, with no direct reports. As our campaign and event programs scale, this person is well-positioned to grow into a role leading a small team. For example, marketers who each own a specific event series or campaign motion. That evolution will depend on program growth and business need, and is not a commitment tied to this hire.
Design and lead integrated campaigns and events across customer segments, establishing processes that connect digital, events, content, and ABM channels into cohesive buyer journeys
Translate a business goal (pipeline target, account list, product launch) into the right combination of campaign and event activities, rather than executing a pre-defined list of tasks
Support event marketing and integrate event strategies as an end-to-end activation channel. Event support required includes integrating and activating against plans for field events, trade shows, regional and webinar series. Expectation is you’re comfortable collaborating from concept and goal-setting through promotion, at-event activations, and post-event follow-up
Create and implement campaign programs including digital nurture streams, webinar series, account-based engagement programs, and experimental activations.
Partner closely with Sales to align campaign and event programs with territory and account-specific goals that directly achieve pipeline and expansion targets:
Optimize programs against measurement frameworks including lead scoring, attribution models, and ROI reporting to demonstrate campaign and event impact.
Collaborate with Global Marketing team to ensure campaigns and events align with company-wide strategy while meeting segment- and industry-specific needs
Manage campaign and event resources including agency partners, freelancers, and internal creative and content teams to deliver programs on time and on budget
Drive continuous improvement through post-campaign and post-event analysis, stakeholder feedback, and data-driven optimization
Demonstrate a working understanding of B2B sales cycles and buying processes — experience working within software or technology companies is preferred for this position
Have experience building and scaling integrated campaign programs that span digital, events, content, and ABM channels
Have strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to campaign and event optimization and attribution
Have demonstrated success contributing to sales goals through integrated marketing and event initiatives
Are a proven self-starter who can design and run programs independently, translating a goal into a plan without needing a pre-built task list
Have strong project management skills with experience managing complex, multi-channel campaigns and events simultaneously
Are comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments with a bias for thoughtful action
Have 5-7 years of B2B marketing experience with blended expertise across integrated campaigns, event marketing, and demand generation
Have experience marketing complex technical or data-intensive products/services to enterprise customers
Have experience owning an events calendar or program end-to-end
Have working knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and platforms
Have experience at growth-stage technology or services companies
Have marketing automation and campaign operations fluency (e.g., Marketo, Hubspot, Salesforce) with an understanding of lead lifecycle management
Have prior experience informally mentoring or coordinating the work of junior marketers or contractors

Start with a role or skill you want to use in your next job. Use the location and role filters to narrow the results, then open a listing to review the description. A title alone rarely explains the level of responsibility, working arrangement, or experience a team needs. Compare those details before deciding which opportunities deserve a tailored application.
Employers use different titles for similar work. If an exact phrase produces no results, try a shorter title, a core skill, or an alternative name for the role. Remove one filter at a time to understand which requirement is narrowing your search. A broader search can reveal suitable work without asking you to change your actual qualifications.
For each promising listing, read the responsibilities and separate essential requirements from preferences. Note the location, schedule, employment type, and compensation when provided. Missing details are questions to confirm with the employer. A remote opening may still require a particular country, work authorization, or time-zone overlap, so check the full posting before treating it as a location-independent opportunity.
Choose a few examples that demonstrate the skills this employer names. Explain your contribution and its outcome, using accurate numbers where available. Put the most relevant experience first and keep your resume easy to scan. Avoid adding technologies, qualifications, or achievements simply because they appear in a description. Your application should make your existing strengths easier to understand.
Follow the employer’s instructions for resumes, cover letters, work samples, and screening questions. Review the exported file before submitting it: confirm that contact details are correct, text can be selected, and links reach the intended pages. A resume check can help you spot unclear writing before you apply. Its feedback is advisory and does not predict a hiring decision.
Listings are collected from external sources and may change after they appear here. The employer or recruiting destination controls whether applications are open. If an original link is unavailable, check the company’s careers page for the title or move to another opening. An employer website link is a place to check current vacancies, rather than confirmation that a particular job is still accepting applications.
Keep a simple record of the company, role, job reference, application date, and documents you sent. Record any follow-up instructions and the next action you plan to take. This makes it easier to prepare for interviews, compare opportunities, and avoid applying repeatedly to the same opening through different boards. Review your shortlist as employers update their listings and prioritize opportunities with clear requirements that match the work you want to do.
