Job description

About Vineskills

Vineskills helps law firms get the most out of Filevine through implementation, training, optimization, data migration, and specialized technology solutions. We're a fully remote team that values ownership, continuous improvement, clear communication, and finding better ways to work.

We're looking for a creative, organized, and execution-focused Marketing Content & Brand Specialist to help bring our brand to life across digital channels. This person will play an important role in turning our team's knowledge, client success stories, and product expertise into engaging content that educates our audience, supports our team, and builds awareness of Vineskills' services.

The Role

You'll own the day-to-day execution of our content and brand marketing activities, from publishing videos and managing email campaigns to maintaining our website and creating sales enablement materials. You'll work closely with our teams to develop, repurpose, and distribute content that reaches the right audience at the right time.

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, enjoys building repeatable processes, and can independently manage recurring marketing activities while identifying opportunities to improve how we work.

What You'll Do

  • Write engaging LinkedIn posts that highlight Vineskills’ expertise, promote our products and services, share client success stories, and educate our audience.
  • Manage and repurpose video content across YouTube, the website, LinkedIn, and newsletters using Canva, Loom, and AI-assisted workflows.
  • Coordinate weekly Free Help Wednesday promotions, including email updates, Tip Tuesday posts, and publishing webinar recordings.
  • Manage Mailchimp campaigns, including the weekly Free Help Wednesday email, monthly Filevine Skills Roundup, and targeted product, service, and webinar campaigns.
  • Maintain and improve the Vineskills website by updating pages, publishing content, supporting SEO, and building new pages as needed.
  • Create sales enablement materials, including product one-pagers, service overviews, and client case studies.
  • Keep marketing materials accurate and up to date.
  • Identify opportunities to improve content performance, streamline marketing processes, and leverage AI and automation to work more efficiently.
  • Support planning and coordination for industry conferences and events, including promotional materials, logistics, and other marketing needs.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in content marketing, digital marketing, brand management, marketing coordination, or a similar role.
  • Strong written English and the ability to create clear, engaging, and professional content.
  • Hands-on experience managing social media content and digital publishing workflows, particularly LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, including campaign creation, scheduling, and audience management.
  • Proficiency with Canva and comfort editing, formatting, and repurposing video content.
  • Experience managing website content through a CMS, with an understanding of basic SEO principles.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage recurring deadlines and multiple projects independently.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining consistent branding, messaging, and content quality.
  • A proactive mindset: you look for ways to improve processes rather than simply completing tasks as assigned.
  • Comfort working with AI tools to accelerate content creation, research, and marketing workflows.
  • Strong written communication and collaboration skills in a fully remote environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with Claude, AI-assisted workflows, or custom AI skills.
  • Basic HTML/CSS or other website editing and coding experience.
  • Experience creating case studies, product marketing materials, or sales enablement content.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools, website analytics, email reporting, and content performance metrics.
  • Experience marketing SaaS products, professional services, or technology solutions.
  • Experience working with distributed teams and international clients.

What Success Looks Like

  • Recurring marketing activities are completed accurately, consistently, and on schedule.
  • Video content is efficiently repurposed and distributed across relevant channels.
  • Email campaigns reach the right audiences and improve engagement over time.
  • Website content stays current, useful, and aligned with Vineskills' brand and services.
  • Sales and internal teams have reliable, up-to-date marketing resources.
  • AI-assisted workflows and documented processes reduce manual work and improve marketing efficiency.
  • New ideas and improvements help Vineskills expand the reach and impact of its content.

How We Work

At Vineskills, we value ownership, helpfulness, communication, and continuous improvement. We're a remote-first team, and we appreciate people who take responsibility for their work, communicate proactively, and look for practical ways to make things better.

If you enjoy combining creativity with organized execution and want to help a growing technology services company share its expertise with a wider audience, we'd love to hear from you.

Note:
This is a full-time independent contractor role for one year.

Prepare your application

Use the description above to assess your fit for Vineskills. This checklist is guidance from Resumize, rather than additional requirements from the employer. Imported listings can be shortened or change after collection, so confirm the complete description and current availability before sending an application.

Match requirements to evidence

Identify the responsibilities and skills the employer explicitly names. For each important requirement, choose one example from your work, education, training, or projects. Explain what you did, how you did it, and what changed as a result. Include a measurable outcome when you can support it. If you lack a requirement, describe related experience accurately instead of adding an unfamiliar skill to your resume.

Put the most relevant examples near the top of your resume. Keep job titles, dates, qualifications, and contact details consistent across your application materials. Use the employer’s terminology when it describes your experience accurately; a copied list of keywords does not explain your contribution. A short, specific bullet is easier to review than a paragraph that mixes several unrelated duties.

Check the working arrangement

Confirm the location, schedule, employment type, and any eligibility requirements on the employer’s site. A remote label does not establish worldwide eligibility or flexible hours. If compensation, benefits, equipment, travel, or contract duration are missing from this listing, write down your questions for the recruiter. Do not assume details from another opening at the same company apply to this role.

Review before submitting

Follow the employer’s requested file format and application instructions. Open your exported resume and check that its text is selectable, its sections read in order, and its links work. Proofread names, dates, and contact information. Share confidential work samples only when you have permission, and use an anonymized example when necessary.

Submit through a trusted employer or recruiting destination. If the original listing has disappeared, search the employer’s careers page for the title rather than assuming the vacancy remains open. Save the application date, job reference, and the version of your resume you sent. Those details help you prepare for a later conversation and avoid submitting conflicting information through several job boards.

Review your resume for writing and readability feedback, or browse other openings if this opportunity is unavailable.
