As our Marketing Data Operations Analyst, you will serve as both a technical expert and an advisory partner to EMEA marketing stakeholders, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive smarter campaign and strategic decisions. You will own the segmentation, database management, and data quality frameworks that power Zoom's marketing database, working closely with the wider Marketing Operations team, IT, and Data teams. This role sits within the Digital Transformation Office, giving you visibility across how data strategy connects to enterprise marketing outcomes at scale. This role requires working hours aligned to EMEA markets, with a shift of 12:30 PM to 8:30 PM IST.
The Marketing Data Operations team is part of the wider Marketing Operations team within Zoom's Digital Transformation Office and is responsible for the infrastructure, processes, and operational frameworks that power our marketing database. We enable data accessibility, quality, and operational execution for Enterprise Marketing, ensuring that marketing teams have reliable, actionable data to inform campaigns and strategic decisions. We are a collaborative team working across Marketing Operations, IT, and Data functions to keep Zoom's marketing database accurate, current, and strategically aligned.
