CLASSIFICATION: Full-time, Non-Exempt
COMPENSATION: $22.00 Per Hour
BENEFITS:
Love sales, meeting new people, and helping people find their next home? We want to meet you!
Redstone Residential is looking for a Traveling Leasing Manager to support our apartment communities throughout the Salt Lake City area.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, likes a little variety in their workday, and wants to build a career in property management.
You'll work at different Redstone communities, helping teams with leasing, touring apartments, following up with prospective residents, and filling coverage gaps. Every community is a little different, giving you the chance to meet new people, learn new skills, and find out what kind of property and team are the best fit for you.
We're looking for someone who enjoys a challenge, loves reaching goals, and isn't afraid to pick up the phone, start a conversation, or ask someone to apply.
Our goal is simple: We want to help you grow into the job you want. You'll receive hands-on experience, training, and support as you prepare for your next permanent position with Redstone.
Every community is different, and so is the support they need! We're looking for someone who can adapt quickly, take initiative, and recognize where they can make the biggest impact. Your main focus will always be the same: maintaining strong occupancy, keeping residents happy, and helping our team succeed.
Travel between Redstone apartment communities throughout the Salt Lake City area, stepping in where needed and taking ownership of leasing performance and daily occupancy priorities.
Give engaging apartment tours, build relationships with prospective residents, and confidently ask for the sale.
Take ownership of lead follow-up through calls, texts, and emails, turning interest into applications and signed leases.
Set goals, track progress, and take initiative to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly leasing targets.
Manage lease renewals by proactively connecting with residents, following up on upcoming expirations, and encouraging residents to stay.
Create engaging social media content, plan resident events, and bring fresh marketing ideas that attract new residents and build a sense of community.
Deliver world-class customer service by taking ownership of resident needs, following through, and creating positive experiences.
Support daily property operations, including using Entrata, maintaining accurate resident accounts, assisting with collections, and working alongside onsite teams.
Strong customer service and sales skills, with a genuine enjoyment of meeting new people and working toward goals.
Friendly, confident, and comfortable starting conversations, building relationships, and asking for the sale.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to take ownership of responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Creative and comfortable using Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Canva to create engaging content, including photos and short-form videos.
Adaptable, flexible, and able to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working with different teams and willing to learn new skills and take on challenges.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn property management software such as Entrata.
Previous sales, leasing, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between communities throughout the Salt Lake City area.
High school diploma or GED equivalent required; college experience preferred.
We believe the best way to grow is by getting experience, trying new things, and learning from the people around you.
As a Traveling Leasing Manager, you'll get to know different Redstone communities, work with experienced managers, and build the skills to take the next step in your career.
Maybe you want to become a Leasing Manager at your own community. Maybe you see yourself becoming an Assistant Community Manager or Community Manager someday. Whatever your goal, we want to help you work toward it.
We don't just want to hire you for the job you can do today. We want to help you grow into the job you want tomorrow.
If you love working with people, enjoy the excitement of making a sale, have a creative side, and are ready to learn and grow, we'd love to meet you!

Start with a role or skill you want to use in your next job. Use the location and role filters to narrow the results, then open a listing to review the description. A title alone rarely explains the level of responsibility, working arrangement, or experience a team needs. Compare those details before deciding which opportunities deserve a tailored application.
Employers use different titles for similar work. If an exact phrase produces no results, try a shorter title, a core skill, or an alternative name for the role. Remove one filter at a time to understand which requirement is narrowing your search. A broader search can reveal suitable work without asking you to change your actual qualifications.
For each promising listing, read the responsibilities and separate essential requirements from preferences. Note the location, schedule, employment type, and compensation when provided. Missing details are questions to confirm with the employer. A remote opening may still require a particular country, work authorization, or time-zone overlap, so check the full posting before treating it as a location-independent opportunity.
Choose a few examples that demonstrate the skills this employer names. Explain your contribution and its outcome, using accurate numbers where available. Put the most relevant experience first and keep your resume easy to scan. Avoid adding technologies, qualifications, or achievements simply because they appear in a description. Your application should make your existing strengths easier to understand.
Follow the employer’s instructions for resumes, cover letters, work samples, and screening questions. Review the exported file before submitting it: confirm that contact details are correct, text can be selected, and links reach the intended pages. A resume check can help you spot unclear writing before you apply. Its feedback is advisory and does not predict a hiring decision.
Listings are collected from external sources and may change after they appear here. The employer or recruiting destination controls whether applications are open. If an original link is unavailable, check the company’s careers page for the title or move to another opening. An employer website link is a place to check current vacancies, rather than confirmation that a particular job is still accepting applications.
Keep a simple record of the company, role, job reference, application date, and documents you sent. Record any follow-up instructions and the next action you plan to take. This makes it easier to prepare for interviews, compare opportunities, and avoid applying repeatedly to the same opening through different boards. Review your shortlist as employers update their listings and prioritize opportunities with clear requirements that match the work you want to do.
