We are building an AI native company where AI is an integral part of how we build and operate. AI tool usage during interviews varies by role. You may be asked to demonstrate proficiency with AI tools, discuss how you leverage AI, or complete interview exercises without AI assistance. Your Recruiter will provide clear guidance as you move through the interview process.
Undisclosed use of AI not previously discussed with or approved by your Recruiter may impact your candidacy.
The Revenue Experiences team (Direct Revenue org) owns the premium experience behind Life360 membership. We work on subscription tiering, pricing, packaging, and positioning, and we own the premium features and services members pay for: the ones that exist today and the ones we haven't built yet. This includes maintaining these services and ensuring they consistently meet the highest quality standards for our premium users.
Our focal point is ownership and quality. We extend the premium feature set by building new features while keeping the existing ones healthy, fast, and worth the price. We still run experiments across paywalls, pricing, ad placement and mediation because every monetization and packaging decision should be grounded in evidence, not instinct. But experiments are how we decide what to build and how to package it, not the whole job.
We are a product-minded, AI-Native engineering team. AI isn't just a tool we use — it's how we work. We treat it as a first-class collaborator at every stage: ideation, coding, testing, review, and iteration. We ship faster and go deeper because of it, and we're looking for someone who wants to help define what that looks like at scale.
Life360 is hiring an AI-Native Senior Software Engineer II — a builder who thinks natively in AI tooling and takes real ownership of outcomes, not just tickets. You'll be central to how the Revenue Experiences team builds, ships, and maintains the premium features and monetization surfaces behind Life360 membership.
You'll take ideas from a brief to a shipped product that holds up for 100M+ monthly active users, and you'll own premium features end-to-end: building new ones and keeping existing ones reliable and good as they grow. Why now: premium features are what members pay for and the set keeps growing, so the quality bar rises with every launch. This role keeps the existing features strong while we build the new ones.
In your first year, success looks like owning the end-to-end delivery of several features or experiments that contribute to global revenue growth or improve the quality of premium features we already serve to our existing customers.

Base pay may also vary based on geographic location, with US work locations falling into one of three geographic tiers.
Total compensation is inclusive of equity compensation in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
We use AI coding tools as a professional standard on this team. In practice:

Start with a role or skill you want to use in your next job. Use the location and role filters to narrow the results, then open a listing to review the description. A title alone rarely explains the level of responsibility, working arrangement, or experience a team needs. Compare those details before deciding which opportunities deserve a tailored application.
Employers use different titles for similar work. If an exact phrase produces no results, try a shorter title, a core skill, or an alternative name for the role. Remove one filter at a time to understand which requirement is narrowing your search. A broader search can reveal suitable work without asking you to change your actual qualifications.
For each promising listing, read the responsibilities and separate essential requirements from preferences. Note the location, schedule, employment type, and compensation when provided. Missing details are questions to confirm with the employer. A remote opening may still require a particular country, work authorization, or time-zone overlap, so check the full posting before treating it as a location-independent opportunity.
Choose a few examples that demonstrate the skills this employer names. Explain your contribution and its outcome, using accurate numbers where available. Put the most relevant experience first and keep your resume easy to scan. Avoid adding technologies, qualifications, or achievements simply because they appear in a description. Your application should make your existing strengths easier to understand.
Follow the employer’s instructions for resumes, cover letters, work samples, and screening questions. Review the exported file before submitting it: confirm that contact details are correct, text can be selected, and links reach the intended pages. A resume check can help you spot unclear writing before you apply. Its feedback is advisory and does not predict a hiring decision.
Listings are collected from external sources and may change after they appear here. The employer or recruiting destination controls whether applications are open. If an original link is unavailable, check the company’s careers page for the title or move to another opening. An employer website link is a place to check current vacancies, rather than confirmation that a particular job is still accepting applications.
Keep a simple record of the company, role, job reference, application date, and documents you sent. Record any follow-up instructions and the next action you plan to take. This makes it easier to prepare for interviews, compare opportunities, and avoid applying repeatedly to the same opening through different boards. Review your shortlist as employers update their listings and prioritize opportunities with clear requirements that match the work you want to do.
