Job Overview We are looking for a reliable and motivated Dishwasher/Food Prep/Kitchen Helper to join our busy culinary team. Responsibilities Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly to maintain cleanliness standards. Assist in basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing using proper techniques, and portioning ingredients according to recipes. Support the kitchen team with meal prep activities, including ingredient organization and basic cooking tasks. Maintain a clean and organized work area by regularly sanitizing surfaces and disposing of waste properly. Sweep ,Mop ,Clean Bathrooms, and stock stations with appropriate cleaning supplies. Operate kitchen equipment safely, including slicers, mixers, and other appliances needed for food prep. m Requirements Previous experience in a food service or restaurant environment is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper sanitation practices. Familiarity with basic cooking techniques, including knife skills and slicing methods. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Strong attention to detail when cleaning and preparing food items. Good communication skills for effective teamwork with kitchen staff.
