Everist is redefining the future of hair and body care with concentrated, high-performance formulations and a strong commitment to sustainability. We are a brand built on innovation, storytelling, and community, and we’re entering our next phase of growth.
We're looking for a creative, hands-on Creative & Content Coordinator to bring the Everist brand to life across every channel — from our social feeds to our paid ads to the copy that makes people stop scrolling.
This is a creative execution role for someone who can do it all — shoot it, write it, edit it, and post it. You'll own Everist's content output across organic social and paid channels, while also taking on broader creative projects including copywriting, campaign assets, and brand storytelling.
You're as comfortable behind a camera as you are writing a caption or briefing a designer. You understand what makes content perform in beauty and wellness, and you have the creative range to work across formats, platforms, and audiences.
Concept, create, and produce original content for Instagram, TikTok, and other owned channels — including photo, video, Reels, and short-form video.
Shoot and edit content independently (on iPhone or camera), as well as direct creators, photographers, videographers or video editors as needed.
Develop a strong, consistent visual and tonal identity across all content that reflects Everist's "Beauty, Undiluted" positioning.
Build and manage a content calendar that balances brand storytelling, product moments, cultural hooks, and community content.
Oversee and manage creative for paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok, working closely with the growth team to develop and iterate on high-performing ad concepts.
Develop briefs for paid creative and produce assets that are optimized for performance without sacrificing brand integrity.
Analyze creative performance data to identify what's working and bring fresh concepts to the testing roadmap regularly.
Own day-to-day social media management across Instagram and TikTok — posting, scheduling, community engagement, and trend monitoring.
Stay deeply plugged into platform trends, algorithm changes, and creator culture to keep Everist's content fresh and relevant.
Identify and engage with user-generated content and community moments that can be amplified across owned channels.
Maintain a pulse on the beauty and wellness industry — following brands, founders, editors, and creators to bring culturally relevant ideas and inspiration to the team.
Write compelling copy across formats — social captions, ad copy, email subject lines, product descriptions, website copy, and campaign messaging — in a voice that feels distinctly Everist.
Maintain and evolve Everist's brand voice guidelines, ensuring consistency across all written touchpoints.
Support broader creative projects including campaign concepting, launch messaging, and brand storytelling initiatives.
1-3 years of experience in content creation, social media, or a creative role — ideally at a DTC, eCommerce, or CPG brand (beauty or wellness is a strong plus).
Have a background in or deep passion for the beauty industry, with an unconventional creative perspective and a genuine connection to what Everist stands for.
A strong content creator who can shoot and edit video and photo independently, with a polished, on-brand aesthetic.
Excellent copywriter with the ability to adapt tone and format across platforms while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
Hands-on experience managing organic social across Instagram and TikTok, including community management and scheduling.
Familiar with paid social creative — you understand what makes an ad perform and can develop assets with performance in mind.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously without losing quality or missing deadlines.

Start with a role or skill you want to use in your next job. Use the location and role filters to narrow the results, then open a listing to review the description. A title alone rarely explains the level of responsibility, working arrangement, or experience a team needs. Compare those details before deciding which opportunities deserve a tailored application.
Employers use different titles for similar work. If an exact phrase produces no results, try a shorter title, a core skill, or an alternative name for the role. Remove one filter at a time to understand which requirement is narrowing your search. A broader search can reveal suitable work without asking you to change your actual qualifications.
For each promising listing, read the responsibilities and separate essential requirements from preferences. Note the location, schedule, employment type, and compensation when provided. Missing details are questions to confirm with the employer. A remote opening may still require a particular country, work authorization, or time-zone overlap, so check the full posting before treating it as a location-independent opportunity.
Choose a few examples that demonstrate the skills this employer names. Explain your contribution and its outcome, using accurate numbers where available. Put the most relevant experience first and keep your resume easy to scan. Avoid adding technologies, qualifications, or achievements simply because they appear in a description. Your application should make your existing strengths easier to understand.
Follow the employer’s instructions for resumes, cover letters, work samples, and screening questions. Review the exported file before submitting it: confirm that contact details are correct, text can be selected, and links reach the intended pages. A resume check can help you spot unclear writing before you apply. Its feedback is advisory and does not predict a hiring decision.
Listings are collected from external sources and may change after they appear here. The employer or recruiting destination controls whether applications are open. If an original link is unavailable, check the company’s careers page for the title or move to another opening. An employer website link is a place to check current vacancies, rather than confirmation that a particular job is still accepting applications.
Keep a simple record of the company, role, job reference, application date, and documents you sent. Record any follow-up instructions and the next action you plan to take. This makes it easier to prepare for interviews, compare opportunities, and avoid applying repeatedly to the same opening through different boards. Review your shortlist as employers update their listings and prioritize opportunities with clear requirements that match the work you want to do.
