As a remote-first company recognized by Forbes as one of America's Best Startup Employers and by Built In as a 2025 and 2026 Best Place to Work, we are a global team of "Peeksters" who "Obsess Over Our Customers," "Accomplish Big Things," "Collaborate With Purpose," and "Get Better Every Day.
We work on several systems: our ACME operations management suite, embeddable scheduling and booking widgets, B2B and B2C sales and support tooling, and custom solutions for enterprise operators. The work is technically varied, and the stakes are real: operators depend on this software to run their businesses.
We’re hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer who works AI-first. That means you treat AI as a core part of how you build, break down ambiguous problems, delegate to agents, review their work critically, and course-correct when things go sideways. You'll design and operate complex agent orchestration systems, develop patterns for human-agent collaboration, and ship real product features primarily through agent-assisted development.
Over the past few months, we've seen a step-function improvement in the reliability and capabilities of long-running AI agents. We're adapting our engineering practice to match, and we want engineers who are already building this way and are excited to push it further.
Architect and break down ambiguous product problems into concrete, well-scoped tasks for agents to execute and ship full-stack features, owning work from design through production release.
Design and operate complex agent orchestration systems that ship real product features.
Design APIs and data models that are clean, consistent, and built to last, not just fast to write.
Contribute to our AI-first engineering culture, share patterns, document what works, and help the team level up on how we build with AI.
Use AI tools fluently - Claude Code, Augment, or equivalent- to compress implementation time, then critically review everything that comes out of them.
Collaborate closely with Product and Design to identify gaps in specs, surface edge cases early, and push back when something isn't ready to ship.
Set the quality bar: well-structured, maintainable code; conduct thorough code reviews; maintain adequate test coverage; and catch bugs introduced by AI before they reach production.
5+ years of professional development using Java and/or JavaScript with a meaningful track record of shipping production systems.
Strong backend fundamentals: API design, data modeling, SQL, service reliability, and debugging production issues.
Demonstrated daily use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or equivalent) in a production engineering workflow.
Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated code: catch logic errors, identify security issues, assess maintainability, and own what gets merged regardless of how it was written.
Strong system design instincts: you think about tradeoffs, edge cases, and what happens when things scale or fail.
Clear communicator: you can articulate why you made a technical choice, flag when a spec has holes, and disagree constructively.
Interest in Elixir or functional programming languages as we expand our stack
Experience building B2B SaaS products, ideally with complex multi-tenant data models or transactional workflows.
Experience on small, high-output teams where you've had to make architectural calls without a committee.
Frontend experience, particularly with Angular or modern JS frameworks, enough to own a feature end-to-end.
Background in the travel, hospitality, or experiences industry.
Judgment over speed. AI compresses implementation time. What differentiates engineers now isn't typing speed or memorized syntax; it's the ability to make the right calls on what to build, how to build it, and when it's not ready to ship.
Ownership. You built it? You own it. That includes AI-generated code. You know when to use agents and when to do it yourself.
Directness. We want people who ask hard questions, surface problems early, and are willing to push back on a bad spec rather than build it and hope for the best.
Quality as a habit. Peer code reviews, test coverage, and clean APIs are not optional. We move fast, but not by cutting corners on the things that compound.

Start with a role or skill you want to use in your next job. Use the location and role filters to narrow the results, then open a listing to review the description. A title alone rarely explains the level of responsibility, working arrangement, or experience a team needs. Compare those details before deciding which opportunities deserve a tailored application.
Employers use different titles for similar work. If an exact phrase produces no results, try a shorter title, a core skill, or an alternative name for the role. Remove one filter at a time to understand which requirement is narrowing your search. A broader search can reveal suitable work without asking you to change your actual qualifications.
For each promising listing, read the responsibilities and separate essential requirements from preferences. Note the location, schedule, employment type, and compensation when provided. Missing details are questions to confirm with the employer. A remote opening may still require a particular country, work authorization, or time-zone overlap, so check the full posting before treating it as a location-independent opportunity.
Choose a few examples that demonstrate the skills this employer names. Explain your contribution and its outcome, using accurate numbers where available. Put the most relevant experience first and keep your resume easy to scan. Avoid adding technologies, qualifications, or achievements simply because they appear in a description. Your application should make your existing strengths easier to understand.
Follow the employer’s instructions for resumes, cover letters, work samples, and screening questions. Review the exported file before submitting it: confirm that contact details are correct, text can be selected, and links reach the intended pages. A resume check can help you spot unclear writing before you apply. Its feedback is advisory and does not predict a hiring decision.
Listings are collected from external sources and may change after they appear here. The employer or recruiting destination controls whether applications are open. If an original link is unavailable, check the company’s careers page for the title or move to another opening. An employer website link is a place to check current vacancies, rather than confirmation that a particular job is still accepting applications.
Keep a simple record of the company, role, job reference, application date, and documents you sent. Record any follow-up instructions and the next action you plan to take. This makes it easier to prepare for interviews, compare opportunities, and avoid applying repeatedly to the same opening through different boards. Review your shortlist as employers update their listings and prioritize opportunities with clear requirements that match the work you want to do.
