Our Mission and Opportunity
Early education is one of the most important determinants of childhood outcomes, a critical support for working families, and a $175B market that remains underserved by modern technology. Brightwheel is the largest, fastest growing, and most loved platform in early ed, trusted by millions of educators and families every day. We are a three-time Cloud 100 company, backed by top investors including Addition, Bessemer, Emerson Collective, Lowercase Capital, Notable Capital, and Mark Cuban.
Our Team
Our team is passionate, talented, and customer-focused. We embody our Leadership Principles in our work and culture. We are a distributed team with remote employees across every US time zone, as well as select offices in the US and internationally.
Who You Are
You're an AI-native GTM strategic operator who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments. You think in systems and frameworks – designing scalable processes that evolve with the business while balancing strategic foresight with operational rigor.
You’ve spent time within high-growth or startup environments, and understand what it takes to scale amid ambiguity. You’re equally comfortable in the weeds as you are presenting to senior leadership – translating analytics into insights, driving alignment across teams, and moving quickly from strategy to action.
You are relentlessly curious, embrace continuous improvement, and leverage AI tools to automate, analyze, and accelerate decision-making. You move fast, think critically, and take ownership from start to finish – embodying brightwheel’s leadership principles.
What You'll Do
Partner with Sales leadership to ensure initiatives are operationalized and executed effectively.
Identify structural GTM efficiency opportunities to improve pipeline quality, deal velocity, coverage, efficiency, and predictability across our sales motions.
Build repeatable views of our sales performance across pipeline, conversion, coverage, capacity, productivity, attainment, and key growth initiatives.
Build AI-driven analytical workflows – automated closed-loss analysis, Gong transcript classification, distribution QA, account segmentation – that run without manual intervention.
Design and implement scalable processes and playbooks that support our sales motions — from lead routing and scoring to rep workflow, with alerting and monitoring frameworks so the system detects its own failures.
Present in WBRs, MBRs, and exec forums, translating complex data into clear narratives, insights, and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
What You Bring
Experience: 5–7 years of experience in Sales Ops, Rev Ops, GTM Ops, GTM Engineering, or a comparable function, ideally in a high-growth SaaS environment.
Leadership partnership: Proven ability to be a strategic thought partner to senior Sales leaders and translate insights into action.
Analytics: Exceptional analytical and modeling skills, and hands-on experience with Redshift, Snowflake, or equivalent data warehouse.
Systems: You have solid working knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and best practices – including building flows, validation rules, cadences, and reports – and production ownership of lead routing and distribution tooling (LeanData, ChiliPiper, or similar).
Demonstrated AI fluency: you've built end-to-end automated workflows, not just used AI to assist manual work. You should be able to describe something you've built that runs without you.
Business judgment: Strong instincts for balancing operational rigor, governance, and speed, with the ability to distinguish symptoms from root causes.
Program management chops: you've owned multi-stakeholder projects end-to-end — scoped them, managed the timeline, resolved blockers, and delivered. You don't need a PM to stay on track.
Influence: Clear, confident communicator who can influence across Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Finance, GTM Operations, Revenue Systems, and Data without direct authority.

Start with a role or skill you want to use in your next job. Use the location and role filters to narrow the results, then open a listing to review the description. A title alone rarely explains the level of responsibility, working arrangement, or experience a team needs. Compare those details before deciding which opportunities deserve a tailored application.
Employers use different titles for similar work. If an exact phrase produces no results, try a shorter title, a core skill, or an alternative name for the role. Remove one filter at a time to understand which requirement is narrowing your search. A broader search can reveal suitable work without asking you to change your actual qualifications.
For each promising listing, read the responsibilities and separate essential requirements from preferences. Note the location, schedule, employment type, and compensation when provided. Missing details are questions to confirm with the employer. A remote opening may still require a particular country, work authorization, or time-zone overlap, so check the full posting before treating it as a location-independent opportunity.
Choose a few examples that demonstrate the skills this employer names. Explain your contribution and its outcome, using accurate numbers where available. Put the most relevant experience first and keep your resume easy to scan. Avoid adding technologies, qualifications, or achievements simply because they appear in a description. Your application should make your existing strengths easier to understand.
Follow the employer’s instructions for resumes, cover letters, work samples, and screening questions. Review the exported file before submitting it: confirm that contact details are correct, text can be selected, and links reach the intended pages. A resume check can help you spot unclear writing before you apply. Its feedback is advisory and does not predict a hiring decision.
Listings are collected from external sources and may change after they appear here. The employer or recruiting destination controls whether applications are open. If an original link is unavailable, check the company’s careers page for the title or move to another opening. An employer website link is a place to check current vacancies, rather than confirmation that a particular job is still accepting applications.
Keep a simple record of the company, role, job reference, application date, and documents you sent. Record any follow-up instructions and the next action you plan to take. This makes it easier to prepare for interviews, compare opportunities, and avoid applying repeatedly to the same opening through different boards. Review your shortlist as employers update their listings and prioritize opportunities with clear requirements that match the work you want to do.
