MGID is a global native advertising platform that helps brands reach unique local audiences at scale. At MGID, we empower brands and publishers to collaborate transparently through our privacy-first targeting technology. This enables advertisers to drive performance and awareness while allowing publishers to retain and monetize their audiences. Today, we’re creating innovative technologies, and with your help, we aim to reach even greater heights.
We are looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner to join our newly established FP&A function and help transform financial planning and business decision-making across MGID. Working closely with business leaders, you will drive commercial insights, improve profitability and cash flow, and play a key role in implementing strategic financial initiatives, including a new prepayments policy.
Strategic Business Partnering & Commercial Governance
Executive Co-Pilot: Serve as the primary commercial advisor to department heads (Publishing, Partnerships, Sales, Operations), translating complex financial realities into actionable strategic choices.
Constructive Challenge: Actively evaluate business cases, hiring plans, and commercial assumptions. Ensure commercial decisions are backed by rigorous ROI data.
Investment & ROI Evaluation: Support the financial appraisal, scenario planning, and business case framework for major new strategic initiatives, product launches, and capital deployment.
P&L & Forecast:Support business leaders and the FP&A team in preparing rolling forecasts and annual budgets, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
Driver-Based Forecasting: Build and optimize dynamic financial models that clearly link non-financial operational drivers (e.g., traffic, CPM, CPC, etc) directly to financial outcomes (revenue, margin, cash).
Unit Economics Mastery: Lead deep-dive analyses into company profitability, pricing strategies.
Metric Standardisation: Partner with the Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Engineering teams to build automated, scalable single-source-of-truth data models.
Dashboard Evolution: Help transition the business away from individual dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Looker, PowerBI) to integrated ones.
7+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or Finance Business Partnering - ideally in a digital, adtech, marketplace, SaaS, or platform business.
Experience building or significantly transforming processes, not just maintaining them.
Strong in financial analysis, large datasets, Excel, and financial modelling.
Able to explain complex financial topics clearly to non-financial stakeholders and work across functions.
Combines strategic thinking with a hands-on, practical approach - comfortable working in an environment where processes are still being built.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Professional certification: ACCA, CFA, CIMA, or similar.
Experience working with two-sided business models or marketplace economics.
At MGID, we thrive on innovation, collaboration, and a passion for AdTech. Our culture is built on openness, transparency, and a shared drive for excellence. We empower our teams to take bold steps, embrace challenges, and grow together in a dynamic, people-first environment. Here, your ideas matter, your contributions are valued, and your potential has no limits. Join us and shape the future of digital advertising!
By submitting your application, you confirm that you have read and understand the MGID Careers Privacy Notice and understand that your personal data will be processed for recruitment purposes as part of this application.
You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your data, as well as to object to its processing.

Start with a role or skill you want to use in your next job. Use the location and role filters to narrow the results, then open a listing to review the description. A title alone rarely explains the level of responsibility, working arrangement, or experience a team needs. Compare those details before deciding which opportunities deserve a tailored application.
Employers use different titles for similar work. If an exact phrase produces no results, try a shorter title, a core skill, or an alternative name for the role. Remove one filter at a time to understand which requirement is narrowing your search. A broader search can reveal suitable work without asking you to change your actual qualifications.
For each promising listing, read the responsibilities and separate essential requirements from preferences. Note the location, schedule, employment type, and compensation when provided. Missing details are questions to confirm with the employer. A remote opening may still require a particular country, work authorization, or time-zone overlap, so check the full posting before treating it as a location-independent opportunity.
Choose a few examples that demonstrate the skills this employer names. Explain your contribution and its outcome, using accurate numbers where available. Put the most relevant experience first and keep your resume easy to scan. Avoid adding technologies, qualifications, or achievements simply because they appear in a description. Your application should make your existing strengths easier to understand.
Follow the employer’s instructions for resumes, cover letters, work samples, and screening questions. Review the exported file before submitting it: confirm that contact details are correct, text can be selected, and links reach the intended pages. A resume check can help you spot unclear writing before you apply. Its feedback is advisory and does not predict a hiring decision.
Listings are collected from external sources and may change after they appear here. The employer or recruiting destination controls whether applications are open. If an original link is unavailable, check the company’s careers page for the title or move to another opening. An employer website link is a place to check current vacancies, rather than confirmation that a particular job is still accepting applications.
Keep a simple record of the company, role, job reference, application date, and documents you sent. Record any follow-up instructions and the next action you plan to take. This makes it easier to prepare for interviews, compare opportunities, and avoid applying repeatedly to the same opening through different boards. Review your shortlist as employers update their listings and prioritize opportunities with clear requirements that match the work you want to do.
