We're looking for a strategic, detail-oriented, analytically-minded Senior Member Engagement Manager, Lifecycle to join Carrot's Growth & Engagement team. In this role, you'll be responsible for end-to-end project management, QA, and data analysis – driving development, launch, and optimization of member-facing email, SMS, and Push communications that guide a member through a personalized health journey. Candidates should have proven experience in launching member-facing lifecycle programs and one-off growth campaigns from the ground-up, optimizing existing automated experiences, proactively keeping stakeholders updated, and conducting performance analysis and reporting that guides program optimization.

As Carrot continues to expand into new health journeys and programs, the G&E member engagement & lifecycle team needs to grow with it. This role is built for someone who wants to own meaningful programs end-to-end and build new ones from the ground up - not just maintain a steady state.

The starting base salary for this position will range from $125,000.00- $140,000.00. Missing details are questions to confirm with the employer. A remote opening may still require a particular country, work authorization, or time-zone overlap, so check the full posting before treating it as a location-independent opportunity.
