About the role

We're looking for someone with real design taste and UX judgment who can lead a small creative team, a designer and a Webflow (or Framer, or other similar tool) developer, to ship landing pages and websites our clients are proud of. This is a craft and storytelling role: you care whether a page looks and reads great, and you own that bar end to end.

What You'll Own

• Lead the design and build of landing pages and websites for growth marketing clients
• Direct a designer and a Webflow developer, holding the line on taste and messaging quality
• Make final calls on UX, layout, and visual direction across projects
• Partner directly with the client to shape or sharpen their positioning and value prop when it isn't already clear, most clients don't walk in with this solved
• Write first-pass copy for the pages you lead (AI-assisted is expected), then refine it with the client, we typically don't have a dedicated writer on these engagements
• Own client reviews and presentations for creative work
• Use data directionally: you ask "did this work?" but aren't necessarily running formal statistical tests

What You'll Need

• Strong design taste and UX instincts, with a portfolio or track record to show it
• Experience directing designers and/or developers, not just executing individually
• Platform awareness, comfortable working in or briefing Webflow (or similar)
• Strong judgment on landing pages, websites, and overall user experience
• Professional English, you'll present work directly to clients
• Comfort with core positioning and messaging fundamentals, enough to guide a client who hasn't defined their value prop yet
• Working copywriting ability, AI-assisted or not, you'll be writing copy yourself, not handing it to a writer 

Nice to Have

• Basic GA4 fluency and an intuitive sense for what drives conversion
• Agency or client-services experience managing scope and timelines

What Success Looks Like

In your first 90 days, you've led at least one landing page or site through design and build, kept the designer and developer aligned on a shared bar of quality, and had a client tell you the result looks and reads great.
