  • Job Title: UX Designer - Customer Communications (Messaging & Notifications)
  • Duration: 6 Months Contract
  • Summary: We are looking for a talented UX Designer with strong experience in communication design and conversational UX to create intuitive, customer-centric digital experiences.
  • Requirements:
    • 4+ years of Communication Design experience
    • Expertise in Figma, Design Systems & Accessibility (WCAG)
    • Experience with Journey Mapping, Prototyping & User Testing
    • Strong Information Architecture and Content QA skills
    • Hands-on experience with Conversational UX, Chatbots, VUI, or AI-driven workflows
    • Ability to simplify complex concepts into clear customer messaging
