We're looking for a UX Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences for mobile applications.

In this role, you'll partner with Product Managers, Developers, QA Engineers, and Design System teams to transform user needs into engaging, high-quality experiences. You'll lead the end-to-end UX process—from research and wireframing to prototyping, usability testing, and design validation—while ensuring consistency across Android and iOS products.

Key Responsibilities

User Research & Experience Design

• Conduct user research to understand customer needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Design intuitive user journeys, information architecture, and interaction flows.
• Translate business and user requirements into meaningful UX solutions.

UI & Prototyping

• Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Design visually engaging interfaces aligned with established Design Systems.
• Validate concepts through usability testing and user feedback.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Design System teams to maintain consistency and create new reusable components when needed.
• Present and defend design decisions using research and UX best practices.

Continuous Improvement

• Iterate designs based on usability findings, stakeholder feedback, and product metrics.
• Stay up to date with UX trends, emerging technologies, and mobile design best practices.
• Ensure design documentation is complete and supports successful implementation.

Must-have Skills

Education & Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience designing digital products.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2).
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX projects for web and mobile applications.

UX & UI Design

• Solid understanding of the complete UX design process, including:
• User Research
• User Flows
• Information Architecture
• Wireframing
• Interaction Design
• Visual Design
• Prototyping
• Usability Testing
• UX Writing
• Strong knowledge of usability principles, accessibility, and user-centered design methodologies.

Design Tools

Hands-on experience with:

• Figma
• FigJam
• Sketch
• ProtoPie
• Adobe Creative Cloud

Mobile Design

• Experience designing native mobile applications for Android and iOS.
• Familiarity with responsive design and mobile-first experiences.
• Experience working with Design Systems and reusable UI components.

Agile Collaboration

• Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, QA, and Business stakeholders.
• Experience documenting designs and supporting implementation through development and QA phases.

Nice-to-have

• Experience working with enterprise Design Systems.
• Familiarity with Material Design and Apple Human Interface Guidelines.
• Experience creating and maintaining design documentation and component libraries.
• Experience working in highly collaborative, cross-functional product teams.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Experience designing products in regulated industries is a plus.
