Responsibilities:
User Research:
- Conduct research to understand user needs, behaviors, and expectations.
- Collect and analyze data for design decision-making.
User Interface (UI) Design:
- Create visually appealing and functional user interfaces.
- Design graphic elements, icons, and other visual components.
User Experience (UX) Design:
- Design user flows and interactive experiences that are intuitive and efficient.
- Ensure that the user experience is consistent and pleasant throughout the entire product.
Prototyping and Testing:
- Develop low and high-fidelity prototypes to evaluate and validate concepts.
- Conduct usability testing to identify areas for improvement.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with technology teams and other stakeholders to ensure the technical feasibility of the design.
- Collaborate with product managers, marketing specialists, and others to align the design with business objectives.
Continuous Iteration:
- Gather feedback from users and stakeholders.
- Iterate on the design based on feedback and test findings.
Adaptation to Emerging Technologies:
- Stay up-to-date on design trends and emerging technologies.
- Effectively integrate new technologies into product design.
Documentation and Specifications:
- Create detailed documentation and design specifications to facilitate implementation by the development team.
- Follow up on the designed product with the QA team.
Time Management and Task Prioritization: Manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Design Advocacy: Explain and defend design decisions to internal and external stakeholders.
Must-have Skills:
- Have knowledge of all phases of the design process, including user research, UX writing, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, etc.
- Experience working in Figma, FigJam, Sketch, Protopie, Adobe CC, and Office.
- Experience working with the Agile methodology.
- Experience in mobile application design.
- Understanding of native Android and iOS app design.
- Teamwork, aligning with the vision, purpose, and objectives of the internal team, acting as an extension of it to achieve project goals.
- Assertive communication.
- Attention to detail.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday from 9 am to 7 pm; on certain occasions and as an exception, these hours may be extended, changed, or modified depending on the Client's needs, which the Personnel must attend to.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in design, UX, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of professional experience with real products.
- Knowledge of design and usability principles. The Personnel will go through a preliminary screening by the Provider, as well as an exam and a technical interview by the Client. Additionally, bi-weekly reviews will be held to evaluate progress and provide feedback. The Personnel must make adjustments based on the suggestions received. Failure to implement these suggestions may result in a request to replace said Personnel.
- Use of computer equipment certified with DSI (Information Security Office) standards.
- Follow the SCRUM framework to the letter (tasks, planning, meetings, ceremonies, the entire framework).
- The tools to be used will be the official ones within the internal team (e.g., Teams for video conferences, etc.).
- Must adhere to the current Design System (Apolo and Sarape). If a component is missing to solve a specific problem, a new one must be created with the necessary documentation, which will be approved by the Design System team.
- All work is done within the organization's Figma projects; nothing is kept in an external project.
- File organization and nomenclature must be strictly respected.
