User Experience Designer

Job Title: UX Designer

Location: Toronto, ON

Work Arrangement: 2 days onsite per week

SKILLS REQUIRED

• 8+ years of experience in UI/UX, Product Design, or Interaction Design.
• Strong experience designing complex digital products, enterprise platforms, or SaaS applications.
• Expertise in Figma, wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and high-fidelity UI design.
• Hands-on experience with user research, usability testing, design systems, and WCAG accessibility.
• Experience leveraging AI-powered design tools to enhance design workflows.
• Strong understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and visual design principles.
• Experience working in Agile environments with Product Managers, Developers, and business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.
• Banking/Financial Services experience is preferred.
