UI/UX Designer II

Design scalable seller tools and product experiences informed by user needs, data, and technical capabilities. This role is remote. Responsibilities Prototype and ideate seller tool designs spanning multiple business channels. Collaborate with engineering, product, and business partners to deliver solutions meeting customer and business goals. Create design assets ranging from sketches and wireframes to high-fidelity clickable prototypes and annotated deliverables. Partner with UX Researchers to develop testing protocols and synthesize customer insights. Develop new design processes to improve product quality and delivery speed. Required Skills 5+ years of UX Design experience, with expertise designing for small businesses internationally. Proven track record designing SaaS workflows, including account registration and management in ecommerce or marketplace contexts. Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience conducting user research and usability testing. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design for Web and Mobile Web. Experience working within agile environments and multidisciplinary teams. Ability to deliver end-to-end design solutions.
