Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer Intern who can transform our platform into a premium, modern, and engaging experience.

If you love designing clean interfaces, creating Gen-Z-friendly experiences, and solving real user problems through design, we'd love to work with you.

Responsibilities
  • Design intuitive and visually appealing mobile app and web interfaces.
  • Improve the overall user experience of PANHA's platform.
  • Create modern, premium, and emotionally engaging user journeys.
  • Conduct user research and identify pain points.
  • Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Design onboarding experiences that increase user engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with developers and product teams to bring designs to life.
  • Maintain consistency through design systems and reusable components.
  • Optimize interfaces for accessibility, usability, and responsiveness.
What We're Looking For
  • Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and mobile-first design.
  • Ability to create premium and modern visual designs.
  • Understanding of Gen-Z design trends, engagement hooks, and user psychology.
  • Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects is preferred.
Bonus Points
  • Experience designing social, community, wellness, or mental health products.
  • Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.
  • Experience working with startups and fast-moving teams.
