Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, hands-on UI/UX Designer to shape intuitive, secure, and trustworthy experiences across our fintech web and mobile applications. This is not just a visual design role; you will design mobile-first interfaces that simplify complex payment journeys and advocate for clarity, trust, and reduced friction at every moment users handle their money — working onsite alongside product managers and developers in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

•          Interface & Interaction Design:

◦        Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile fintech applications using a mobile-first approach.

◦        Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

•          Research & Design Systems:

◦        Conduct user research and usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback.

◦        Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides for consistency.

•          Cross-Functional Collaboration & Advocacy:

◦        Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

◦        Stay current on fintech UX trends, accessibility standards, and design best practices.

◦        Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch.

Requirements & Qualifications

•          Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of proven professional experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile products.

•          Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process: research, flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI.

•          Tooling Proficiency: Proficiency in Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, or Sketch.

•          Design Expertise: Solid understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, and interaction design.

•          Accessibility & Responsiveness: Working knowledge of responsive design, mobile-first principles, and accessibility (WCAG).

•          Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

•          Work Style: Comfortable working onsite in a collaborative, fast-paced agile environment.

Bonus Points (Preferred Qualifications)

•          Experience designing fintech, banking, e-commerce, or payment applications.

•          Experience building and maintaining scalable design systems and reusable component libraries.

•          Experience conducting and synthesizing usability testing and user research studies.

•          Familiarity with handoff tools and workflows for close collaboration with developers.
