Job description
COMPANY 🌱
RYZE was founded in 2019 by Andrée Werner and Rashad Hossain, out of a parents' basement, with a mission to change daily health, starting with the morning routine: a nutrient-dense mushroom coffee delivering clean energy, mental clarity, and immune support. Built on a Direct-to-Consumer foundation with a performance marketing engine, RYZE achieved hockey-stick growth and a community of over 1 million active subscribers.DTC remains the foundation, but RYZE has expanded into mass retail, quickly becoming the #2 item in Target's overall coffee category and is now executing a multi-channel expansion, with a cross-category launch coming in early 2027. RYZE is uniquely positioned to redefine how people think about daily wellness.
We're a lean, fast-moving, mission-driven team who believe daily rituals create the foundation for living your greatest life, and we're just getting started!
WHAT YOU'LL DO 🎯
We're looking for a TikTok Shop / TikTok Organic Creative Strategist to sit on the Performance team and directly support RYZE's TikTok Shop operation.
You are a creative strategist who specializes in making TikTok content go viral. You understand how trends work, how to adapt them to a brand without killing what makes them work, and how to operate across both branded and non-branded account approaches. You'll drive content production for RYZE's additional TikTok accounts and write concept scripts that help TikTok Shop affiliates convert.
Responsibilities will include:
Organic Content Strategy & Trend Adaptation
- Monitor TikTok trends, sounds, formats, and creator behaviors daily — identifying which are worth acting on and how to adapt them to RYZE before the moment passes.
- Develop organic content strategies for multiple RYZE-controlled TikTok accounts, including both branded and non-branded approaches.
- Write creative concepts and scripts for organic TikTok videos — hook, structure, narrative, and call to action — optimized for watch time and shares, not just views.
- Identify the formats, tones, and content angles that are currently outperforming on TikTok and build a repeatable playbook RYZE can execute at speed.
- Distinguish clearly between what works as brand content vs. what works as non-branded or creator-native content — and brief accordingly for each account type.
- Write concept scripts and content briefs for TikTok Shop affiliates — giving creators the hooks, angles, and talking points that drive conversion without making their content feel scripted.
- Identify winning content patterns from top-performing affiliate videos and extract transferable concepts other affiliates can adapt.
- Work with the TikTok Shop team to align content concepts with active promotions, product pushes, and commission windows.
- Build and maintain a library of proven concepts, hooks, and scripts affiliates can pull from when they need direction.
Multi-Account Content Production
- Drive content production for RYZE's additional TikTok accounts — briefing creators, directing shoots, and overseeing output from concept through post.
- Manage content calendars across multiple accounts, ensuring consistent publishing cadence and format variety.
- Coordinate with editors and creators to ensure concepts are executed correctly and maintain the platform-native feel that makes organic content perform.
- Test different content angles, personas, and formats across accounts and report on what's working.
Performance Feedback Loop
- Review performance data on organic content and affiliate videos — identifying which hooks, formats, and narratives are driving the most watch time, engagement, and click-through.
- Feed those learnings back into the creative concept pipeline so every iteration is informed by what actually worked.
- Work closely with the TikTok Shop team to ensure organic content strategy is aligned with affiliate performance goals and GMV targets.
Professional Qualifications
- 2+ years writing or strategizing TikTok content — with a portfolio that demonstrates trend adaptation, not just content creation.
- Demonstrable track record of contributing to viral or high-performing TikTok content, either for a brand or as a creator.
- Strong scriptwriting ability — can write a hook, narrative arc, and CTA that feels native to TikTok, not like a repurposed ad.
- Deep understanding of TikTok Shop content mechanics — how affiliate content converts and what separates a product post from a selling video.
- Comfortable operating across branded and non-branded content approaches simultaneously.
- Fast-moving and trend-aware — knows when a format is peaking vs. already declining and acts accordingly.
- Experience briefing or directing creators, editors, or production teams.
- Comfortable working from performance data to inform creative decisions.
Core Compentencies
- Trend fluency — Identifies TikTok trends early enough to act on them, knows which are worth RYZE's time, and adapts them without destroying what makes them work.
- Scriptwriting & concept development — Writes hooks, narratives, and CTAs that feel TikTok-native. Can brief a concept clearly enough that a creator can execute it without a call.
- TikTok Shop content mechanics — Understands how organic content drives affiliate conversion and how to write concepts that help creators sell without feeling like they're selling.
- Multi-account strategy — Can operate across branded and non-branded accounts simultaneously with distinct voices, formats, and goals for each.
- Performance-informed creativity — Uses watch time, engagement, and conversion data to improve concepts — doesn't create in a vacuum.
- Production coordination — Manages content calendars and creator/editor relationships across multiple accounts without losing cadence or quality.
- Speed & volume — Moves fast. Trends don't wait. Produces concepts and scripts at the pace TikTok requires.

Prepare your application
Use the description above to assess your fit for RYZE Superfoods. This checklist is guidance from Resumize, rather than additional requirements from the employer. Imported listings can be shortened or change after collection, so confirm the complete description and current availability before sending an application.
Match requirements to evidence
Identify the responsibilities and skills the employer explicitly names. For each important requirement, choose one example from your work, education, training, or projects. Explain what you did, how you did it, and what changed as a result. Include a measurable outcome when you can support it. If you lack a requirement, describe related experience accurately instead of adding an unfamiliar skill to your resume.
Put the most relevant examples near the top of your resume. Keep job titles, dates, qualifications, and contact details consistent across your application materials. Use the employer’s terminology when it describes your experience accurately; a copied list of keywords does not explain your contribution. A short, specific bullet is easier to review than a paragraph that mixes several unrelated duties.
Check the working arrangement
Confirm the location, schedule, employment type, and any eligibility requirements on the employer’s site. A remote label does not establish worldwide eligibility or flexible hours. If compensation, benefits, equipment, travel, or contract duration are missing from this listing, write down your questions for the recruiter. Do not assume details from another opening at the same company apply to this role.
Review before submitting
Follow the employer’s requested file format and application instructions. Open your exported resume and check that its text is selectable, its sections read in order, and its links work. Proofread names, dates, and contact information. Share confidential work samples only when you have permission, and use an anonymized example when necessary.
Submit through a trusted employer or recruiting destination. If the original listing has disappeared, search the employer’s careers page for the title rather than assuming the vacancy remains open. Save the application date, job reference, and the version of your resume you sent. Those details help you prepare for a later conversation and avoid submitting conflicting information through several job boards.
Review your resume for writing and readability feedback, or browse other openings if this opportunity is unavailable.
