Job description

ABOUT US

Rythm is the fastest-growing lab in America. We redefined at-home testing with the world’s easiest blood test and created a culture around monthly lab testing from home. We’ve processed millions of tests across all 50 states, and we do everything in-house, from sample testing and logistics to code, marketing, and design. That vertical integration gives us the speed, control, and creativity to shape the future of health and wellness.

THE ROLE

As our TikTok Shop Lead, you'll play a key role in building and growing Rythm's presence on one of the fastest-evolving social commerce platforms.

This is a highly impactful opportunity for someone who understands how TikTok Shop works, knows what drives customers to purchase, and is excited to help scale an emerging revenue channel. You'll own the day-to-day management and growth of our TikTok Shop, working closely with our marketing, creative, and operations teams to turn engaging content and creator partnerships into measurable business results.

We're looking for someone who is creative, analytical, and highly resourceful. Someone who understands TikTok culture but also knows how to translate trends, content, and creator relationships into actual sales. You'll have significant ownership over the channel and the opportunity to help shape how Rythm reaches and converts new customers.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Own the day-to-day management, optimization, and growth of Rythm's TikTok Shop.
  • Manage product listings, merchandising, promotions, and overall storefront performance.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue through TikTok Shop.
  • Build and manage TikTok Shop's affiliate and creator programs, including identifying, recruiting, and managing relevant creators.
  • Partner with creators and internal marketing teams to develop engaging, conversion-focused content that drives product discovery and sales.
  • Identify emerging TikTok trends, viral content opportunities, and new strategies to increase product visibility and engagement.
  • Manage creator outreach, product seeding, affiliate commissions, and ongoing partnership performance.
  • Monitor and optimize TikTok Shop advertising, promotional campaigns, and other available growth opportunities.
  • Track key performance metrics, including GMV, conversion rates, affiliate performance, content engagement, and return on advertising spend.
  • Partner with operations and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment, inventory availability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay current on TikTok Shop platform updates, policies, algorithm changes, and emerging social commerce trends.
  • Continuously test new ideas, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop strategies to scale the channel.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Proven experience directly managing and growing a TikTok Shop for a consumer-facing brand.
  • A strong understanding of TikTok Shop Seller Center, affiliate programs, creator partnerships, and social commerce operations.
  • Demonstrated success driving measurable sales growth through TikTok Shop, not just social media engagement or follower growth.
  • Hands-on experience recruiting, managing, and optimizing relationships with TikTok Shop affiliates and content creators.
  • A strong understanding of TikTok trends, content strategy, and what drives organic and paid conversions.
  • Experience managing TikTok Shop promotions, advertising campaigns, and performance reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with creators and cross-functional partners.
  • A highly organized, proactive, and resourceful approach to managing multiple initiatives.
  • Somebody who thrives in a fast-moving, constantly evolving environment and is comfortable figuring things out without an established playbook.
  • Strong individual ownership, a low-ego mindset, and a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done.
  • Experience with direct-to-consumer, health and wellness, beauty, supplements, or consumer healthcare brands preferred.
  • Familiarity with TikTok Shop's policies for regulated products and health-related marketing claims is a plus.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

Rythm Health offers a benefits package which includes:

  • A highly competitive base salary.
  • Meaningful equity aligned with the scope and impact of your role.
  • A monthly Rythm membership with full access to at-home blood testing and personalized health insights.
  • High ownership and visibility from day one, with the ability to make a meaningful impact.
  • The chance to help shape the future of personalized health and preventative care.
  • Flexible, remote-first work environment.
  • A generous paid time off policy.
  • 401(k).
  • Multiple healthcare plan options, with select plans fully covered by Rythm.
  • A small, collaborative, mission-driven team that moves quickly and values great ideas regardless of title.

Prepare your application

Use the description above to assess your fit for Rythm Health, Inc.. This checklist is guidance from Resumize, rather than additional requirements from the employer. Imported listings can be shortened or change after collection, so confirm the complete description and current availability before sending an application.

Match requirements to evidence

Identify the responsibilities and skills the employer explicitly names. For each important requirement, choose one example from your work, education, training, or projects. Explain what you did, how you did it, and what changed as a result. Include a measurable outcome when you can support it. If you lack a requirement, describe related experience accurately instead of adding an unfamiliar skill to your resume.

Put the most relevant examples near the top of your resume. Keep job titles, dates, qualifications, and contact details consistent across your application materials. Use the employer’s terminology when it describes your experience accurately; a copied list of keywords does not explain your contribution. A short, specific bullet is easier to review than a paragraph that mixes several unrelated duties.

Check the working arrangement

Confirm the location, schedule, employment type, and any eligibility requirements on the employer’s site. A remote label does not establish worldwide eligibility or flexible hours. If compensation, benefits, equipment, travel, or contract duration are missing from this listing, write down your questions for the recruiter. Do not assume details from another opening at the same company apply to this role.

Review before submitting

Follow the employer’s requested file format and application instructions. Open your exported resume and check that its text is selectable, its sections read in order, and its links work. Proofread names, dates, and contact information. Share confidential work samples only when you have permission, and use an anonymized example when necessary.

Submit through a trusted employer or recruiting destination. If the original listing has disappeared, search the employer’s careers page for the title rather than assuming the vacancy remains open. Save the application date, job reference, and the version of your resume you sent. Those details help you prepare for a later conversation and avoid submitting conflicting information through several job boards.

Review your resume for writing and readability feedback, or browse other openings if this opportunity is unavailable.
