The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through rigorous testing processes. Responsibilities - Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various products and applications. - Identify, document, and track defects and issues using appropriate tools and methodologies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality products. - Conduct regression, performance, and user acceptance testing to validate product functionality and performance. - Analyze test results and provide actionable feedback to improve product quality and user experience. - Participate in design and code reviews to ensure testability and quality from the early stages of development. - Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software testing and quality assurance. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven experience in software testing, quality assurance, or a related role. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies. - Proficiency in using testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG). - Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript) is a plus. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting. - Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) are a plus but not mandatory.
