Telehealth Prescriber — NP, PA, MD, or DO

GLPFlo | Remote | Part-Time | 1099 Independent Contractor GLPFlo is seeking qualified licensed clinicians to provide direct telehealth care for adults seeking evidence-based weight-management treatment. This is a patient-care and prescribing role only. It does not include Medical Director, protocol-development, provider-supervision, or administrative leadership duties. Responsibilities Review patient medical intake forms, medical history, medications, and relevant clinical information.Conduct synchronous video visits and/or asynchronous chart reviews, as appropriate and permitted.Independently determine eligibility and medical necessity for treatment.Prescribe, decline, modify, or discontinue treatment based solely on clinical judgment.Manage medication continuation, refills, dose titration, patient questions, side effects, and escalations.Provide clinically appropriate counseling and refer patients for additional care when needed.Document all clinical encounters accurately in the telehealth platform.Qualifications Active, unrestricted NP, PA, MD, or DO license.Authority to provide telehealth care and prescribe for patients in applicable approved states; additional state licenses are a plus.NP and PA applicants must meet all applicable supervising, collaborating, and prescriptive-authority requirements.Experience with telehealth, obesity medicine, metabolic health, or GLP-1 therapies preferred.Comfortable reviewing patient charts, using electronic medical records, and communicating with patients remotely.Strong clinical judgment, documentation habits, and patient-centered communication skills.Compensation and Schedule Remote 1099 contractor role with flexible scheduling.Compensation begins per review, outcome not a determining factor.No minimum prescription volume or sales expectations.Compensation structure may be reviewed as patient volume grows.Clinical Independence GLPFlo does not direct clinical decisions. Each clinician maintains exclusive authority to prescribe, decline treatment, adjust therapy, or refer a patient based on independent professional judgment.
