About the RoleJob Title:Technical Program Manager / Technical Program LeadStoneCastle Integration ProgramLocation: Berkeley Heights, NJ (Onsite - 5 days) - no exceptions Key ResponsibilitiesProgram LeadershipLead end-to-end delivery of StoneCastle integration initiatives across multiple business and technology workstreams.Establish programme governance, delivery plans, RAID logs, dependency management, and executive reporting.Coordinate delivery activities across Product, Engineering, Operations, Architecture, Security, Compliance, and vendor teams.Drive programme execution from initiation through production deployment and post-launch support.Technical Delivery ManagementPartner with engineering teams to design and deliver integrations involving core banking platforms, customer portals and APIs, trust systems, deposit network services, merchant and payment platforms, and external banking partners and service providers.Manage API, data, cloud, and operational integration workstreams.Facilitate technical design reviews and architecture discussions.Identify and remove delivery blockers across teams.Stakeholder ManagementAct as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.Communicate programmer status, risks, decisions, and milestones to leadership.Drive consensus across competing priorities and stakeholders.Support integration activities involving acquired businesses and strategic partnerships.Risk & Compliance ManagementEnsure delivery aligns with security, regulatory, and operational requirements.Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Information Security teams throughout programmer execution.Drive solutions tracking, operational readiness, support models, business controls, and production governance.Planning & ExecutionDevelop and maintain integrated project plans, resource schedules, allocation tracking, resource forecasting, and executive dashboards.Manage dependencies across multiple programmes and vendor organizations.Drive issue resolution and escalation management.Minimum Qualifications8+ years of experience delivering large-scale technology programmes.5+ years of experience managing complex financial services, banking, fintech, or payments initiatives.Experience leading enterprise platform modernization or acquisition integration programmes.Experience with cash management, digital assets, and stablecoin initiatives.Demonstrated success managing cross-functional delivery teams.Desired QualificationsStrong understanding of:API-based integrationsCloud-native architecture (AWS preferred)Microservices and distributed systemsCore banking or financial platformsPayment processing and money movementData integration and reconciliation processesSecurity and regulatory requirements in financial servicesPMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, or SAFe certifications.Prior experience with:Banking productsDeposits and treasury managementPayment networksDigital assetsFinancial education businessesM&A integration programme experience.Experience working with sponsor banking coresLocationBerkeley Heights, NJ 07922
Salary and Other Compensation:The annual [salary/hourly rate] for this position is between $52 to $75/per hour. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
