Technical Product Manager (TPM) Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Experience: 4–8 years Team: Engineering / Product About the Role We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager to run execution across product, engineering, and customer-facing teams. You will own delivery, keep teams aligned, and ensure the right things ship at the right time — balancing product roadmap, customer issues, sales priorities, and platform reliability in a fast-moving startup environment. What You’ll Do Own end-to-end delivery of engineering and product initiativesBuild and maintain sprint plans, delivery timelines, and roadmapsPrioritize work across features, bugs, customer requests, sales needs, and infrastructureWork closely with engineers to translate requirements into clear execution plansRun Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retros)Track delivery, risks, and team capacityCommunicate progress, blockers, and timelines to leadership and stakeholdersUse data from tools like Mixpanel and monitoring systems to track delivery health What We’re Looking For 4–8 years of experience with:2+ years in technical project/program management2+ years in software or engineering rolesStrong understanding of Agile, SDLC, and modern product deliveryExperience working with SaaS or product engineering teamsComfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environmentsStrong communication, ownership, and prioritization skills Why This Role Matters You’ll sit at the center of product, engineering, sales, and support — ensuring the company ships fast without breaking things, and that the right priorities always win.
