Tech Lead – Product Engineer

Job Description: Maintain and architect core systems for the live internal reporting dashboard and future platform extensions Set engineering standards and lead pull request reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability Mentor team members, distribute technical tasks, and unblock developers Guide the product roadmap timeline by translating business objectives into phased engineering milestones Lead sprint and release planning, balancing technical debt, background optimization, and new feature rollouts Collaborate with product leadership to define feature scopes, requirements, and technical boundaries Build features including saved reports, PDF export, email scheduling, and widget customization Integrate and maintain Meta Ads, GA4, and Google Ads data pipelines Ensure robust metrics normalization and caching Optimize cron scheduling, asynchronous background jobs, and queueing architectures for heavy data processing Lead expansion into content approvals, automated onboarding workflows, client self-serve portals, and AI operational modules Own technical execution, product scoping, and timeline delivery without corporate HR responsibilities such as hiring, firing, or formal performance reviewsRequirements: Full-time role React 19 and Next.js (App Router) TailwindCSS, Zustand, and React Query Radix UI and shadcn/ui component systems Responsive layouts, drag-and-drop UI, and animation Node.js API routes with TypeScript Prisma ORM with PostgreSQL hosted on Neon Background jobs using cron and ioredis Redis queues Session-based authentication and role access logic Third-party API management for Meta, GA4, and Google Ads, including token refresh and retry logic Vercel hosting and Redis for asynchronous processing PDF generation using puppeteer-core and sharp Email delivery via Resend AWS S3 SDK integration for secure uploads Strong AI skills Outstanding communication skills in async environments Ability to manage timelines without micromanagement Proven ability to balance deep-work coding with project planning Strategic use of AI tools such as Copilot and GPT Clean, modular, and self-documenting code Previous experience transitioning from senior engineering into a Tech Lead, Team Lead, or Technical Product Owner role Experience architecting internal administrative dashboards, agency operations tooling, or multi-tenant reporting platforms Familiarity with digital marketing metrics, attribution logic, or social analytics Comfort operating in an autonomous, fast-moving early-stage team environmentBenefits: 100% Remote Work
