SQL Data Analyst (Fresher / Entry-Level)

About the Role QR Solutions is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SQL Data Analyst to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher with strong SQL and Excel skills to start a career in data analytics, working on data comparison, validation, and reporting. Responsibilities Write basic to intermediate SQL queries to compare and validate data across tables/systems Identify data mismatches, duplicates, and inconsistencies Use Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) for data checking, analysis, and reporting Support the team in understanding business requirements related to data Prepare simple reports and summaries of findings Communicate data issues and observations clearly with team members Assist with ad hoc data requests and day-to-day data quality checks Learn and follow company data standards and processes Required Skills & Qualifications Basic to good knowledge of SQL (SELECT, JOINs, GROUP BY, basic subqueries) Working knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn Good verbal and written communication skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, Commerce, or a related field (final-year students may also apply) Preferred Qualifications SQL/Excel/Data Analytics certifications or coursework Academic projects or internships involving data work Basic knowledge of Power BI/Tableau How to Apply Interested candidates can share their updated resume at bharanidharan@qrsolutions.in with the subject line "Application for Data Analyst."
