Software Engineer

We are working with a leading technology partner to the UK public sector, driving large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

The Role

• Design, develop, and support cloud-native applications and data solutions
• Build and support cloud-native services, APIs, and data processing solutions
• Develop scalable and secure solutions following public sector best practices
• Work closely with architects, product teams, business analysts, and stakeholders
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure improvements
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimise system performance
  
  

What You'll Need

• Strong commercial experience developing applications with Python
• Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs and microservices
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture and Azure services
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience working within NHS, Healthcare, Government or wider Public Sector environments
