Software Engineer

The Role

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions aligned with user story requirements.

• Write and maintain comprehensive unit, integration, and automated tests to ensure software quality.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex software defects and production issues.

• Explore and integrate AI capabilities to enhance code quality, deployment processes, and innovation.

• Mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering best practices.

• Monitor and manage cloud infrastructure, optimizing for performance, security, and cost.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 4+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent advanced degree.

• 4+ years of experience designing and developing web applications.

• 4+ years of experience building and deploying applications in a cloud environment.

• Proficiency in Python, Java, or React.js, along with experience in Git.

• Demonstrated ability to take ownership, solve problems proactively, and communicate technical concepts clearly.

• Experience or strong curiosity in incorporating AI into development practices.
