Software Engineer (Code Review & Quality) | $80/hr Remote

Position: Software Engineer (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go) Type: Hourly contract Compensation: $70 - $80/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10 40 hours/week Role Responsibilities Conduct thorough code reviews and evaluate pull requests to ensure high code quality standards. Identify, debug, and resolve complex issues across Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Go codebases. Develop, review, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery. Implement and enforce security best practices and performance optimization techniques. Collaborate with engineering teams via GitHub, providing clear and constructive feedback. Document technical findings, review insights, and recommendations in a structured manner. Contribute to AI model training initiatives by improving code quality and development workflows. Requirements Strong experience in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Go development. Expertise in code reviews, pull request evaluation, and maintaining code quality standards. Proficiency with GitHub workflows and collaborative development practices. Strong debugging and issue identification skills across multiple codebases. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, performance optimization, and secure coding practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced engineering environment.
