Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Software Developer. The Software Developer will design, implement, test, and maintain backend services and web applications, collaborating with other developers, product owners, and stakeholders. Daily work includes writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code, performing code reviews, debugging and resolving issues, and optimizing system performance. The role also involves participating in technical discussions, refining requirements, and contributing to architectural decisions. The Software Developer will be expected to follow best practices in software development, version control, and deployment, while continuously improving skills and staying current with industry trends.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science concepts, including data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
• Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience building and maintaining production systems
• Hands-on experience with Back-End Web Development, including APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks
• Practical knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and designing modular, reusable components
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows
• Ability to write clear technical documentation and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members
• Comfort working independently in a remote environment, managing time and priorities effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience with cloud platforms, containerization, or CI/CD pipelines is beneficial
