About Us

Remote Talent LATAM connects talented professionals across Latin America with growing companies in the U.S. and other international markets. We help professionals find long-term remote opportunities where they can grow their careers while making a meaningful impact on the teams they join.

About the Client

Our client is a US healthcare company combining personalized virtual primary care, proactive preventive medicine, and AI-powered health management through a membership model designed to make concierge-level healthcare more accessible.

As the company expands its marketing efforts, it is focused on strengthening its social media presence, building creator partnerships, and developing engaging content that communicates its approach to modern healthcare.

About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media & UGC Manager to lead organic social media operations and manage user-generated content (UGC) creator partnerships. This person will develop content strategies, coordinate creators and internal subject-matter experts, and oversee content production from ideation through delivery.

The ideal candidate combines creative thinking with strong project management skills and a data-driven approach to social media. They should be comfortable building and growing a social media presence, developing compelling briefs and scripts for a U.S. audience, and collaborating with internal teams to produce content for both organic channels and paid campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute organic social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, and Reddit.
  • Manage content calendars, publishing schedules, community engagement, and day-to-day social media operations.
  • Source, brief, and manage UGC creators and influencers through platforms such as JoinBrands, coordinating content production for organic social media and paid advertising campaigns.
  • Develop creative briefs, scripts, hooks, and content concepts aligned with brand messaging, audience needs, and marketing objectives.
  • Coordinate in-house content creation with physicians, founders, and internal team members, ensuring health-related scripts receive the appropriate medical review before production.
  • Monitor engagement, audience growth, and creative performance, using insights to refine content strategies and guide future creative development.
  • Collaborate with paid acquisition and marketing teams to align creative concepts with campaign objectives and performance goals.
  • Leverage AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to support content ideation, scripting, planning, research, and workflow optimization.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and applicable advertising, disclosure, and healthcare marketing requirements.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in UGC management, including sourcing, briefing, coordinating, and managing creators and content campaigns for organic social media and paid advertising.
  • Strong experience in organic social media management, including developing content strategies and building a brand's social media presence from scratch.
  • Experience working with established brands, ideally direct-to-consumer (DTC) businesses with subscription-based or membership models.
  • Proven ability to develop creative briefs, scripts, hooks, and content concepts aligned with brand messaging and marketing objectives.
  • Demonstrated experience managing content calendars, publishing schedules, creator deliverables, and day-to-day social media operations.
  • Strong understanding of social media performance metrics, including follower growth, engagement rates, posting frequency, likes, and other relevant content KPIs.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with strong grammar and the ability to create compelling content for a U.S. audience.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of initiatives, and coordinate content production and internal reviews with remote teams.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for content ideation, scripting, and workflow optimization.
  • Availability to work remotely with at least five hours of overlap with Pacific Time working hours.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with consumer healthcare, telehealth, wellness, or other health-related brands.
  • Experience with DTC subscription-based or membership businesses.
  • Familiarity with healthcare marketing compliance, health claims, and FTC disclosure requirements for UGC and influencer content.
  • Experience with UGC platforms such as JoinBrands, Soona, or Collabstr.
  • Experience collaborating with paid acquisition teams to develop and optimize ad creative.
  • Experience coordinating content reviews with physicians or other subject-matter experts.
  • Familiarity with short-form video editing tools such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

Benefits

  • Compensation: starting at $2000 USD per month, with flexibility depending on experience.
  • Work Arrangement: Fully remote.

Prepare your application

Use the description above to assess your fit for Remote Talent LATAM. This checklist is guidance from Resumize, rather than additional requirements from the employer. Imported listings can be shortened or change after collection, so confirm the complete description and current availability before sending an application.

Match requirements to evidence

Identify the responsibilities and skills the employer explicitly names. For each important requirement, choose one example from your work, education, training, or projects. Explain what you did, how you did it, and what changed as a result. Include a measurable outcome when you can support it. If you lack a requirement, describe related experience accurately instead of adding an unfamiliar skill to your resume.

Put the most relevant examples near the top of your resume. Keep job titles, dates, qualifications, and contact details consistent across your application materials. Use the employer’s terminology when it describes your experience accurately; a copied list of keywords does not explain your contribution. A short, specific bullet is easier to review than a paragraph that mixes several unrelated duties.

Check the working arrangement

Confirm the location, schedule, employment type, and any eligibility requirements on the employer’s site. A remote label does not establish worldwide eligibility or flexible hours. If compensation, benefits, equipment, travel, or contract duration are missing from this listing, write down your questions for the recruiter. Do not assume details from another opening at the same company apply to this role.

Review before submitting

Follow the employer’s requested file format and application instructions. Open your exported resume and check that its text is selectable, its sections read in order, and its links work. Proofread names, dates, and contact information. Share confidential work samples only when you have permission, and use an anonymized example when necessary.

Submit through a trusted employer or recruiting destination. If the original listing has disappeared, search the employer’s careers page for the title rather than assuming the vacancy remains open. Save the application date, job reference, and the version of your resume you sent. Those details help you prepare for a later conversation and avoid submitting conflicting information through several job boards.

Review your resume for writing and readability feedback, or browse other openings if this opportunity is unavailable.
