Job Overview
Established lifestlye clothing brand is seeking a dynamic and energetic Social Media Coordinator to maintain our brand’s online presence across multiple digital platforms. In this role, you will craft compelling content, including live video, assist with social media campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure our messaging resonates with target audiences. Your enthusiasm for digital marketing and storytelling will drive engagement, foster community relationships, and amplify our brand voice.
This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to shape innovative social media strategies while working in a fast-paced, creative environment.
We are looking to hire for a full time position, but are open to also considering part time hours (and/or hybrid work environment) for the right candidate. Pay is strongly dependent on experience and skill set.
Responsibilities
Work with brand executive to develop and execute engaging social media content that aligns with brand goals across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok and Whatnot.
Monitor social media channels using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to schedule posts, respond to comments, and engage with followers promptly.
Conduct social listening to gather insights on audience preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform content strategies.
Create visually appealing graphics and videos using Canva, and media editing tools to enhance content quality.
Assist with Implementing social media advertising campaigns for Meta
Analyze digital marketing performance data using Google Analytics and social media analytics tools to optimize ongoing campaigns.
Collaborate with public relations teams to manage brand reputation and coordinate media outreach efforts through effective relationship management.
Requirements:
Previous experience in social media management job role (personal experience with social media accounts should not be considered experience unless you are a microinfluencer or post UCG content on a regular basis), content creation, and digital marketing performance monitoring.
Strong work ethic and desire to be part of an established team. Must have a willingness to ask questions and receive feedback to assist with growing your skillset in this role.
Comfortable in front of a camera creating reels and live videos in our studio. Previous live selling experience strongly preferred.
Strong proficiency in graphic design software, specifically Canva.
Knowledge of social media platforms’ algorithms, best practices for content marketing, and paid advertising strategies including Facebook Advertising.
Familiarity with social listening tools and web analytics platforms like Google Analytics for measuring campaign success.
Excellent written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and content writing precision.
Ability to analyze social media metrics and marketing analytics to inform strategic decisions.
Experience with video editing software and photography
Strong relationship management skills to engage with influencers, partners, and community members effectively.
