Job description
Description
🤓 TripleTen is an EdTech company that designs and runs tech career learning programs for the US and Latin American markets. We've been doing it for over five years, teaching complete beginners — people with no prior tech background — through cohort-based programs built on our own platform and curriculum, developed in partnership with Nebius AI. Our team is fully remote and globally distributed, and we serve a large, active student base across both regions.
We are looking for an autonomous, growth-minded Social Media Content Manager to take 100% ownership of our US Instagram presence (along with Threads & LinkedIn). In this role, you won't just post content - you’ll own the entire strategy: revamping our profile storefront for a tech-savvy audience and building a seamless bridge between high-performing Meta Ads and our profile content to turn visitors into buyers.
What you will do
- Own the Social Media Channels: Take full end-to-end ownership of our Instagram account, extending distribution to Threads and LinkedIn to drive audience engagement in the US market.
- Repackage the Instagram Storefront: Revamp profile highlights, pinned posts, and top-of-feed content to clearly communicate updated product value propositions.
- Bridge Ads to Profile: Sync social content with active Meta Ad campaigns, ensuring users landing from ads see consistent messaging, proof points, and value promises that drive conversions.
- Build & Execute the Content Strategy: Create and manage a structured content calendar featuring high-engagement formats (carousels, reels, interactive posts, and compelling copy).
- Direct Creative Production: Set clear briefs and collaborate seamlessly with in-house copywriters, graphic designers, and SEO managers to produce high-quality assets.
- Track & Optimize Metrics: Monitor core engagement metrics (saves, shares, reach, ER) and continuously iterate on content tactics based on data and audience feedback.
Requirements
- Channel Ownership: Take full end-to-end ownership of the Instagram account (with cross-posting to Threads and LinkedIn), driving content strategy, execution, and engagement for our US audience.
- Profile Packaging & Value Proposition: Re-pack and maintain the Instagram storefront (Highlights, pinned posts, and top feed) to clearly communicate updated product value propositions.
- Ad-to-Profile Funnel Matching: Align social content with active performance marketing campaigns (Meta Ads) to ensure a seamless post-click user journey that reinforces ad promises and drives conversion.
- Content Planning & Execution: Develop and manage a consistent content calendar tailored to a tech-savvy, English-speaking audience, focusing on high-engagement formats (carousels, reels, copy).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Brief and direct internal team members (copywriters, graphic designers, SEO managers) and external creative vendors (motion designers) to produce high-quality assets.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key social metrics (engagement rate, saves, shares, reach) and iterate on content strategy based on data and audience feedback.
What we can offer you
- 100% Remote: Freedom to work from anywhere (Europe, LATAM, Georgia, Serbia, etc.)
- Full Ownership & Creative Freedom: End-to-end ownership of the social media channels with room to test new ideas, experiment with formats, and directly influence conversion metrics.
- Strong Team Support: Dedicated internal resources at your disposal, including graphic designers, copywriters, and SEO managers to help execute your vision.
- International Impact: Hands-on experience scaling social channels for a fast-growing EdTech product in the US market.
- Dynamic Startup Environment: Fast-paced, low-bureaucracy environment with direct access to decision-makers and modern AI/marketing tools.

Prepare your application
Use the description above to assess your fit for TripleTen. This checklist is guidance from Resumize, rather than additional requirements from the employer. Imported listings can be shortened or change after collection, so confirm the complete description and current availability before sending an application.
Match requirements to evidence
Identify the responsibilities and skills the employer explicitly names. For each important requirement, choose one example from your work, education, training, or projects. Explain what you did, how you did it, and what changed as a result. Include a measurable outcome when you can support it. If you lack a requirement, describe related experience accurately instead of adding an unfamiliar skill to your resume.
Put the most relevant examples near the top of your resume. Keep job titles, dates, qualifications, and contact details consistent across your application materials. Use the employer’s terminology when it describes your experience accurately; a copied list of keywords does not explain your contribution. A short, specific bullet is easier to review than a paragraph that mixes several unrelated duties.
Check the working arrangement
Confirm the location, schedule, employment type, and any eligibility requirements on the employer’s site. A remote label does not establish worldwide eligibility or flexible hours. If compensation, benefits, equipment, travel, or contract duration are missing from this listing, write down your questions for the recruiter. Do not assume details from another opening at the same company apply to this role.
Review before submitting
Follow the employer’s requested file format and application instructions. Open your exported resume and check that its text is selectable, its sections read in order, and its links work. Proofread names, dates, and contact information. Share confidential work samples only when you have permission, and use an anonymized example when necessary.
Submit through a trusted employer or recruiting destination. If the original listing has disappeared, search the employer’s careers page for the title rather than assuming the vacancy remains open. Save the application date, job reference, and the version of your resume you sent. Those details help you prepare for a later conversation and avoid submitting conflicting information through several job boards.
Review your resume for writing and readability feedback, or browse other openings if this opportunity is unavailable.
