Senior Technical Product Manager

Defining the role and ideal candidate Sepire's looking for a person to delegate critical tasks, such as sales demos, platform strategy, managing offshore teams, code reviews, and UX design. We are focusing on enhancing UX, implementing industry-standard product management processes, and driving new features. Core responsibilities Run discovery calls and demos with prospects and customersTranslate client needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframesOwn the product backlog, sprint planning, and release notesReview pull requests at a high level; flag architecture or security risksGuide the offshore team daily; unblock issues fastDefine and track product KPIs and usage analyticsKeep documentation, API specs, and UX prototypes current Must-have skills & experience 5–8 years as a Product Manager or Product Owner on a B2B SaaS platformComfortable reading code (C#, JavaScript, or similar) and discussing architectureProven record of shipping multi-tenant featuresStrong wireframing/prototyping chops (Figma, Sketch, or equivalent)Hands-on Agile/Scrum facilitation—backlog grooming, sprint reviews, retrosClear communicator with sales, engineers, and non-technical stakeholdersCan work U.S. morning hours to overlap with America/Chicago and offshore teams Nice-to-haves Experience in print, direct mail, or compliance-driven industriesFamiliarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelinesBackground in solutions engineering or pre-sales supportKnowledge of secure data handling and SOC 2 / HIPAA requirements Attributes to Success Comfort with uncertainty and a desire to be close to business problemsDesire to contribute individually, with the ability both to self-direct work and to collaborate with others on the technology teamUnderstanding of many technologies down to first principles, and a desire to add more to the listSystems thinker - sees how features scale across tenants or apply in different scenariosBias for structured process but adapts when data is incompleteComfortable making quick priority calls when client’s needs shift Desired Skills & Experience Ability to work in a fast-paced startup-like environmentComfortable reading code (C#, Angular/TypeScript, or similar) and discussing architectureProven record of shipping multi‑tenant featuresStrong wireframing/prototyping chops (Figma, Sketch, or equivalent)Hands‑on Agile/Scrum facilitation - backlog grooming, sprint reviews, retrosClear communicator with sales, engineers, and non‑technical stakeholdersExperience in print, direct mail, or compliance‑driven industries (nice to have)Familiarity with Jira, Confluence and BitBucket CI/CD pipelines (nice to have)THIS IS AN ONSITE POSITION
