The Digital Technology Warehouse Management & Fulfillment Systems Team is responsible for modernizing H-E-B's warehouse and fulfillment technology ecosystem by implementing, supporting, and enhancing Manhattan Associates Warehouse Management solutions and integrated automation platforms across H-E-B’s extensive network of distribution centers and eCommerce fulfillment facilities. What You'll DoWarehouse Management Systems & TechnologyConfigure, enhance, maintain, test, and support enterprise Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related fulfillment applicationsServe as a technical and functional consultant for Manhattan Associates Warehouse Management solutionsSupport implementation, upgrades, stabilization, and production support activities for warehouse and fulfillment platformsDesign, develop, and maintain system integrations between custom-developed applications and commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) platformsSupport automated fulfillment technologies, warehouse automation systems, and material handling equipment (MHE) integrationsTroubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutionsDevelopment & IntegrationDevelop custom applications, extensions, and integrations to support warehouse operationsDesign and implement APIs, data exchanges, and integration solutions across enterprise applicationsSupport database development, reporting, data modeling, and SQL optimization effortsBuild and maintain automated monitoring, alerting, and system management solutionsCreate technical documentation, testing plans, and training materialsArchitecture & DeliveryParticipate in or lead solution design, technical architecture, and implementation planningEvaluate technical alternatives and recommend solutions based on business needs, scalability, and supportabilityIdentify technical risks, dependencies, and integration impacts across systemsSupport System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployment activitiesAssist with technology sustainment planning and platform roadmapsLeadership & Collaboration (Senior, Lead, Staff)Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior developersLead technical discussions with business stakeholders, vendors, operations teams, and cross-functional technology partnersInfluence technical roadmaps and architectural decisionsDrive adoption of industry best practices, standards, and emerging technologiesContribute to attracting, developing, and retaining technical talentQualificationsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experienceExperience configuring, enhancing, supporting, and maintaining enterprise COTS or SaaS applicationsExperience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)Knowledge of systems integration, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and enterprise application architectureStrong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skillsUnderstanding of technical sustainment, application support, and production operationsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated ownership mindset and track record of delivering high-quality resultsPreferred QualificationsExperience with one or more of the following: Manhattan Associates Warehouse Management Systems (WMOS, MAWM, WMS)Warehouse automation and Material Handling Equipment (MHE)Swisslog SynQ or similar warehouse automation platformsJava or equivalent application development technologiesSQL (Oracle, SQL Server)Linux and shell scriptingREST APIs and web servicesTIBCO integration technologiesVelocity Template Language (VTL)PostmanSOAP UIManhattan ProActiveData architecture, data modeling, and database performance tuningCloud, SaaS, and enterprise integration platformsThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those a Partner encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
