SUMMARY OF THE ROLE In this role you will support the Sales manager in promoting and selling a range of Decorative products to new/existing/specified potential customers by utilizing Jotun’s sales tools and techniques to develop strong customer relationships to achieve budgeted sales, gross margin, day sales outstanding, and with the aim of increasing Jotun market share and profitability. This role will report to Regional Sales Manager and will be based in Lahore, Pakistan. Responsibilities: Promote and sell decorative products within assigned customers and territories through regular visits, relationship building, and market intelligence gathering. Support sales targets by implementing company sales policies and coordinating marketing activities and campaigns Maintain strong relationships with distributors and clients, provide excellent service, and effectively resolve customer complaints and inquiries. Coordinate with internal departments for timely deliveries, quality customer service, and efficient execution of business processes. Manage collections to maintain healthy cash flow, actively use CRM to maintain customer data, and conduct market audits to identify growth opportunities within the assigned territory.
