About the position CGI has an immediate need for a Senior Python & GenAI Engineer - 4888 to join our team. A hybrid working model is acceptable. We are seeking an experienced Senior Python & GenAI Engineer to design, build, and support scalable AI-driven applications in a cloud-native environment. This role combines advanced Python development, generative AI model implementation, and AWS cloud engineering. You will play a key role in developing and deploying AI-powered solutions, integrating large language models (LLMs), and supporting production systems in a fast-paced Agile environment. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to collaborate across engineering, data science, and business teams. This position also includes L3 production support responsibilities, ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of AI and cloud-based systems.
