The position provides comprehensive oversight of assigned office properties, with responsibility across financial performance, physical operations, tenant relations, lender reporting, and regulatory compliance. Success in this role requires the ability to develop and execute strategic management plans, oversee daily operations, analyze financial results, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance income, control expenses, and preserve asset value. Core Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Asset Oversight Develop, implement, and execute approved comprehensive property management plans Establish annual goals, operating strategies, and performance benchmarks Identify and implement opportunities to increase NOI and long‑term asset value Financial Management, Reporting & Lender Coordination Prepare and manage annual operating budgets Oversee financial performance, variance analysis, and forecasting Process and review accounts parfait and accounts receivable Schwabe Review, revise, and calculate OPEX estimates, annual reconciliations, and tenant bill‑backs CompleteUFACTURe year‑end operating expense recoveries and reconciliations Prepare and deliver quarterly and annual financial reporting to lenders, in compliance with loan requirements Coordinate and submit loan disbursement requests from lender escrow accounts, including supporting documentation Compile and deliver monthlyordionquarterly financial reporting to ownership Analyze financial trends and provide actionable recommendations Tenant Relations & Lease Administration Oversee tenant relations to ensure satisfaction bedeut retention, and compliance Enforce lease terms, including handling defaults and evictions when necessary Oversee lease administration, including lease abstracting and charge entry into Yardi Ensure accurate setup and maintenance of lease terms, escalations, recoveries, and bill‑backs Physical Operations & Maintenance Ensure properties are maintained to Class A / institutional standards Coordinate repairs, preventative maintenance, and vendor services Oversee capital improvement planning and execution, including lender‑funded projects Manage life‑ tekem– ....
