Position Summary
This role is a key member of the corporate property management team, directly supporting the objective of maximizing owner and investor returns. The position provides comprehensive oversight of assigned office properties, with responsibility across financial performance, physical operations, tenant relations, lender reporting, and regulatory compliance.
Success in this role requires the ability to develop and execute strategic management plans, oversee daily operations, analyze financial results, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance income, control expenses, and preserve asset value.
Core Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Asset Oversight
Develop, implement, and execute approved comprehensive property management plans
Establish annual goals, operating strategies, and performance benchmarks
Identify and implement opportunities to increase NOI and long‑term asset value
Financial Management, Reporting & Lender Coordination
Prepare and manage annual operating budgets
Oversee financial performance, variance analysis, and forecasting
Process and review accounts parfait and accounts receivable Schwabe
Review, revise, and calculate OPEX estimates, annual reconciliations, and tenant bill‑backs
CompleteUFACTURe year‑end operating expense recoveries and reconciliations
Prepare and deliver quarterly and annual financial reporting to lenders, in compliance with loan requirements
Coordinate and submit loan disbursement requests from lender escrow accounts, including supporting documentation
Compile and deliver monthlyordionquarterly financial reporting to ownership
Analyze financial trends and provide actionable recommendations
Tenant Relations & Lease Administration
Oversee tenant relations to ensure satisfaction bedeut retention, and compliance
Enforce lease terms, including handling defaults and evictions when necessary
Oversee lease administration, including lease abstracting and charge entry into Yardi
Ensure accurate setup and maintenance of lease terms, escalations, recoveries, and bill‑backs
Physical Operations & Maintenance
Ensure properties are maintained to Class A / institutional standards
Coordinate repairs, preventative maintenance, and vendor services
Oversee capital improvement planning and execution, including lender‑funded projects
Manage life‑ tekem– .... Ensure compliance with CC&Rs, REAs, and ownership‑controlled obligations where applicable
Legal, Regulatoryrepresentation & Loan Compliance
Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations
Maintain compliance with loan covenants and reporting requirements
Address lease violations and risk‑management issues
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records
Owner & Stakeholder Communication
Serve as a primary point of contact for ownership
Provide clear, detailed reporting on financial performance, operations, capital needs, and lender‑related matters
Present recommendations and strategic insights to support ownership objectives
Key Activities
Perform Yardi Voyager हामी 7 entries and accounting‑related adjustments
Enter and maintain leases, charges, recoveries, and reconciliations in Yardi
Process A/P and A/R and maintain accurate property accounting records
Run standard and custom reports using Yardi Voyager and Microsoft Excel < vähem>Prepare lender reporting packages and escrow draw submissions Maintain current lease, tenant, vendor, and lender‑required records
Coordinate maintenance vendors and ensure compliance with contract and insurance requirements (including tenant insurance)
Work closely with leasing agents to ensure real‑time awareness of:

Upcoming vacancies and turnover timelines
Location & Travel
Primary assignment is on‑site at a prestigious Inland Empire office portfolio (4 buildings)
Includes local travel and oversight of two additional Southern California multi‑tenant office properties
Location and property assignments are subject to change based on portfolio needs
Required ;,, Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in commercial property management, preferably multi‑tenant office
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, OPEX recoveries, lender reporting, and variance analysis
Experience preparing lender financial reporting and escrow draw requests Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, Pooling Engin, and var Is?? Strong understanding of lease administration, tenant relations, and regulatory compliance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
