Senior Product Manager

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Translate business strategy and stakeholder insights into actionable product plans
• Define and prioritize requirements, maintaining a well-groomed product roadmap
• Collaborate with release train leaders and teams across product, engineering, UX, and operations
• Lead product discovery, roadmap definition, stakeholder engagement, and go-to-market planning
• Identify future platform opportunities based on organizational objectives and operational needs
  
  

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Advanced knowledge of SAFe Agile methodology and experience leading agile teams
• Proven ability to manage complex backlogs, prioritize features, and deliver in fast-paced environments
• Strong analytical skills with experience translating data into strategic product decisions
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior leadership
