Job description

SE Ranking, an all-in-one SEO and digital marketing platform, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to scale our Data Product - our API and MCP offering - from early traction into a repeatable, scalable revenue line. We've already gone from 0 to 1: we have paying API customers, a fast-growing MCP that recently overtook our classic API in daily unique users, and partners building agentic workflows on top of our data. Now we need someone to own the entire revenue funnel and turn that momentum into further growth of MCP usage and Data MRR. If you get excited about turning a data & developer product into a growth engine - and about making SE Ranking the marketing intelligence infrastructure for AI agents - then this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

You will report directly to Mike Korenugin, VP of Product, and own the entire funnel for the Data Product (API + MCP): from acquisition and activation, to sales enablement, to onboarding, retention, and expansion. You'll drive two connected revenue engines - net-new MRR from API and Data customers, and net dollar retention (NDR) by embedding MCP and agentic workflows into the core SEO jobs our customers do every day.

You'll lead a focused squad with Aleksander Germatsky as your Engineering Manager and Senior Engineers Dominik Stypula and Mikhail Liubushkin shipping the endpoints, infrastructure, and developer experience that make the product sell and stick. On go-to-market, you'll partner daily with Valentyna Havryliuk, our PMM driving API & MCP adoption, and with Alexey Trusevich, the dedicated Account Executive for the Data Product.

Beyond your squad, you'll work closely with Demand Gen, SEO, Growth, and PR on getting the product discovered and promoted; with Sales & Success and Support on closing and retaining customers; and with the Data team on coverage, accuracy, and the endpoints customers ask for. Your job is to connect all of these into one growth motion.

Initial Focus Areas:

  1. Craft a strategy for Data Product with two goals in mind

    • Grow Data revenue: understand our current packaging and pricing gaps across plans & products, the PAYG funnel, and credit packs; define a clear, repeatable motion for upmarket deals. Define the inputs (acquisition, activation, expansion) that move the number and hold the product to them.

    • Drive MCP usage and capabilities: own the MCP adoption track as a strong NDR lever. Scale the adoption flows and lifecycle upsells, close capability gaps customers hit, and make the Claude, ChatGPT, and n8n connector experiences feel amazing.

  2. Ramp up solution engineering for Sales & Success: we’ve got a new person starting as solution engineer and strong L3 technical support, but they would often need your help and insight to unblock AEs and CSMs on credit provisioning, key generation, quota changes, connector troubleshooting; and translating prospect requirements into solutions that win deals.

  3. Learn how Demand Gen & Outbound is connected to Product: partner with PMM and Demand Gen to scale what's working - workshops and MCP bootcamps, ABM, spokespeople and influencer content, PR, and SEO - and to sharpen the website. Help us find exciting API/MCP use cases from top clients and influencers and turn them into content and sales enablement assets.

Long-Term Responsibilities:

  1. Make the Data Product a repeatable, scalable revenue line: evolve packaging, pricing, and the self-serve funnel so growth doesn't depend on heroics. Use signals from won and lost deals, usage, and feedback to generate strong hypotheses and continuously improve win rates, activation, and expansion.

  2. Grow MCP into the default "agentic SEO" workflow: keep MCP workflows healthy and lead the move from data to action, so customers believe SE Ranking is the way to automate SEO with AI agents - defending NDR and opening natural paths to expansion and win-back.

  3. Build a real solution-engineering function: grow from firefighting into a system - documentation, tooling, and onboarding that let customers discover and integrate our API and MCP, and let Sales & Success move fast without engineering in the loop.

  4. Expand endpoint & data coverage from the voice of the customer: translate prospect and customer feedback into a prioritized roadmap for new endpoints and data (e.g. URL-level GSC, prompt generation, Local Marketing and AIRT coverage), and partner with the Data team on accuracy and the questions buyers ask about how the data is sourced and validated.

  5. Be a strategic GTM partner across teams: surface trade-offs, unblock cross-team dependencies, and keep Product, Demand Gen, Sales, Success, and Data aligned as priorities and timelines shift.

We are destined to be if you have:

  • Launched new B2B products and taken them from 0 to 1, leading Sales Enablement and deeply engaging with Demand Gen to achieve GTM success.
  • Owned a revenue funnel end to end - acquisition, activation, sales enablement, onboarding, retention, and expansion - and know how to grow TOFU and help close deals.
  • Built API-first or data products that offer a great self-served developer experience but don't completely puzzle out business stakeholders.
  • Hands-on, practical AI experience and genuine excitement about MCP and agentic workflows - and ideas about how a data product becomes the tool of choice inside tools like Claude and Codex.
  • Acted as a technical partner to Sales & Success, supporting demos, prospect setups, and troubleshooting, and turning that into product and tooling improvements.
  • Either direct experience in SEO / AI Search, or a track record of ramping quickly in a new and technical domain - and the appetite to do so here.
  • Explained complex concepts and strategies so that your team, fellow PMs, Designers, Senior Leaders, Support, Success, and Sales reps as well as users all understood you easily.
  • Managed stakeholders' expectations with grace as delivery dates shift and plans change.
  • Embraced the constant change of a startup.
  • Great spoken English.

* If you feel strongly that you have what it takes for this role but don't technically tick all the boxes - apply anyway, just highlight what you'd bring to the table.

  • In-app guides and surveys: Amplitude, Typeform

  • User feedback: Enterpret, Avoma, Zendesk tickets & NPS, Brightback

  • An award-winning product loved by thousands of customers worldwide

Prepare your application

Use the description above to assess your fit for SE Ranking. This checklist is guidance from Resumize, rather than additional requirements from the employer. Imported listings can be shortened or change after collection, so confirm the complete description and current availability before sending an application.

Match requirements to evidence

Identify the responsibilities and skills the employer explicitly names. For each important requirement, choose one example from your work, education, training, or projects. Explain what you did, how you did it, and what changed as a result. Include a measurable outcome when you can support it. If you lack a requirement, describe related experience accurately instead of adding an unfamiliar skill to your resume.

Put the most relevant examples near the top of your resume. Keep job titles, dates, qualifications, and contact details consistent across your application materials. Use the employer’s terminology when it describes your experience accurately; a copied list of keywords does not explain your contribution. A short, specific bullet is easier to review than a paragraph that mixes several unrelated duties.

Check the working arrangement

Confirm the location, schedule, employment type, and any eligibility requirements on the employer’s site. A remote label does not establish worldwide eligibility or flexible hours. If compensation, benefits, equipment, travel, or contract duration are missing from this listing, write down your questions for the recruiter. Do not assume details from another opening at the same company apply to this role.

Review before submitting

Follow the employer’s requested file format and application instructions. Open your exported resume and check that its text is selectable, its sections read in order, and its links work. Proofread names, dates, and contact information. Share confidential work samples only when you have permission, and use an anonymized example when necessary.

Submit through a trusted employer or recruiting destination. If the original listing has disappeared, search the employer’s careers page for the title rather than assuming the vacancy remains open. Save the application date, job reference, and the version of your resume you sent. Those details help you prepare for a later conversation and avoid submitting conflicting information through several job boards.

Review your resume for writing and readability feedback, or browse other openings if this opportunity is unavailable.
