Role Description The Senior Product Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading the end-to-end lifecycle of key products within Alchemy Equity’s portfolio and internal platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining product vision and strategy, gathering and prioritizing requirements from stakeholders, and translating business objectives into clear roadmaps and measurable outcomes. The Senior Product Manager will collaborate with engineering, design, data, operations, and investment teams to deliver high-impact features, conduct experiments, and optimize product performance. This role involves analyzing market and user data, developing business cases, tracking product metrics, and continuously improving products based on feedback and results. The Senior Product Manager will also mentor junior product team members, contribute to product management best practices, and ensure alignment between product initiatives and overall portfolio strategy.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong product strategy and roadmap management skills, including experience defining product vision, prioritizing initiatives, and aligning work with business goals.
- Demonstrated ability in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and translating complex business needs into clear product specifications and user stories.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, including comfort with product analytics, experimentation (A/B testing), and KPI definition and tracking.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, working closely with engineering, design, and operations to deliver high-quality products on schedule.
- Background in portfolio management, investment, fintech, or B2B SaaS products is highly beneficial; experience in high-growth or PE/VC-backed environments is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present product plans, trade-offs, and results to executive and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote, distributed setting, demonstrating strong ownership, accountability, and time management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications in product management are a plus.
- Minimum 5–7 years of product management experience, including senior-level responsibility for strategic products or platforms.
